Well, actually this business is the best and everyone that works there is the best. And I mean that. I have continuously used Maintenance & More automotive for about 4 years now and my latest situation is right up there with all the rest.
I have a 2012 Honda Ridgeline and I was hearing sounds that I could not identify and connect to a problem. Of course I’m not a mechanic that’s why I have Maintenance & More on my speed dial.
I recorded the sound on my cell phone and took it in and played it for Stephanie.
She identified the problem just like that! Took the Ridgeline in, got it back the next day and my rack and pinion problem with my steering system was fixed.
Great work by a great team and a great business by a customer who truly appreciates a Christian, honest, professional, and thorough business.

“We were on our way to key West Florida. We live in a small town of Havana Florida. We own a 2015 Chevy 2500 Duramax.LTZ DIESEL, we got into Crystal River and started hearing the sound of a injector seal that we've heard before unfortunately. If you ever break down in town this is a place to do it. Great people went above and beyond to try and get us out of there. There is a pricey hotel right next door but it's very convenient. These guys at All County were great and fix our problem. They're small but honest and great guys.”
“Bumper repair from collision. Quality comes later for those who wait. It always takes a while. When insurance is involved. Upon completion of repair my car was cleaned better than when I brought it in which was a nice added touch. Specialty auto listens to and cares about their customers.”

“I needed an oil change for my Hyundai 2.5T and found a nearby competitor of Crystal River Firestone: Crystal River Fast Lube and Repair had reasonable pricing for a full synthetic of about $82 for 5 quarts. Once my car was on their stand, the not unfamiliar upscale effort started, telling me I needed a special rare full synthetic SAE OW 30 and that was going to be $117. I told them I am an engineer and knew they were upselling and I wanted nothing of it. They sent their chief technician who continued the story, then the shop manager and she said yhe same, denying an upscale attempt. The next day I went to this near adjacent Firestone service center who confirmed the SAE OW 30 is a standard full synthetic and they changed my 6 quarts of it plus the Hyundai oil filter for $75 total and i thanked them for their honesty ... that's all a customer wants, not what Crystal River Fast Lube tried to sell me.”
