“I want to personally thank Pam and Jeff for being so efficient in opening my new checking account. I was a customer at Bank of America for years, my experience at Truist blows away the service from BOA. I’m looking forward to my new banking experience. I appreciate the excellent customer service”

“So clearly our wonderful local hometown small bank is under attack from a competitor. HINT: the bad reviews are from NON-CUSTOMERS. We like our bank just the way it is! Keep up the great work, Brannen, and I'm sure new clients will see through the nonsense. :-)”

“Love this Truist branch! All the ladies that work here are extremely helpful and know you by name, greet you by your name when you walk in. Always treated with respect.”
