I recently visited Crystal Tractor & Equipment in Homosassa and couldn’t be more pleased with the entire experience—from initial greeting through to purchase and follow-up.
From the moment I walked in, the staff (especially Amber in the Stihl/hands-tools area) made me feel valued and listened to. Amber took the time to walk me through the Stihl options, helped clarify which model best fit my needs (both budget and workload), patiently answered all my questions (and yes, I had a lot), and didn’t pressure me into anything. Her knowledge of the equipment and how it performs was impressive, and her demeanor was friendly, down-to-earth and genuinely helpful.
The rest of the team at Homosassa also shone: the sales process went smoothly, the parts department had what I needed, and the financing/checkout was efficient. They seemed genuinely committed to making sure I got the right machine for my lot and my tasks—which made all the difference.
The equipment I purchased has been working flawlessly so far, and I feel confident knowing I’ll have support at Crystal if ever needed. Thanks to Amber (and the whole Homosassa team) for making what could have been a stressful buying decision into a pleasant, seamless one. Highly recommend this location—and Amber in particular—for anyone looking for quality gear and top-notch service.

I came over for a Stihl chainsaw advertised on Facebook. Jessica was very helpful and it was a great deal on the price. She had the answers to questions. The MS 212 CBE works great. It was well worth the drive from Ocala to Homosassa. Crystal Tractor is a good company to do business with. This chain saw really fit my budget. And no, I didn't run the chain this loose.

Have a new JCB 2TS-7T. Needed info on how to add hydraulic oil! Steve the Tech was very helpful. Jessica the service/parts representative was very friendly and helpful in getting all the right oil and introducing me to Steve. My first impression of Crystal Tractor was fabulous due to them!
