I can't say enough good things about Dicks moving and Storage, from Brie in the office to Cole and his team doing the actual moving! We had them scheduled for just a furniture move and two days before the move we ran into a glitch with our personal items. They made special arrangements to help us out and get the job done. Very kind, friendly and professional crew of people and I wouldn't hesitate to refer them and use them again.

They were the best. Nick and Rex worked very hard. They didn't waste time. Everything was moved from storage and condo to my new condo. Both condos were upstairs.
I would certainly recommend them to anyone.

I have used this company for all moved for the last 14 years. Only had 1 issues previously and was fixed immediately. This move most of our items were damaged. I would no longer refer this company. Will update with results but please look into other companies before hiring Dicks.

Wow what a perfect move. They were reasonably priced, prompt, professional and quick. They wrapped and padded furniture, glass, etc. I would definitely use Dicks Moving again and highly recommend.

We had George and Zach come load our pod for us. They expertly packed that pod! They handled all of our stuff big and small, very heavy to light professionally and like it was their own! I am so glad we were able to book them again soon to unload that pod from top to bottom. Thank you guys! You’re the best!

Moved us yesterday for a 2nd time. Was a bad experience. The guys moving us were in a hurry and were not interested in any kind of organization. They complained constantly about the job. My 1st experience 5 years ago was great. That is why I hired them the 2nd time.

Recommended by a friend who used them. Unfortunately, they were not good. Boxes lost. We paid for packing, in final walk through of house after movers left, found two cabinets that weren't packed away. Other issues but will leave them to experience. Just remember, take your valuables with you.

If you are looking for a reputable moving company I strongly suggest you use Dick’s Moving. Their professionalism is tops. What we were promised is exactly what we got.
From our initial contact to thanking them as they left our new home was a very pleasant experience .

We were so impressed in the beginning! But when they moved us in we had a lot of damage and here it is 3 months later and they won’t return our calls or follow up with our claims!!! Owner won’t return our calls!!! So sad!!! The day of our move they turned up the AC and left it on !!!!! We have damaged items like a broken tv and damaged furniture!!!! Spiked to Bri several times no call backs and asked for owner to call us and nothing!!!!! So disappointed!!!!!!!!! Do not use this company’nn

MOVING TRUCK CAUGHT FIRE AND THEY ARE STILL MAKING MY PARENTS PAY FOR THE MOVE.My 85/93 year old parents hired this company to move them from Florida to Michigan. The day before we were expecting the delivery, I received a call that the moving truck was FULLY ENGULFED IN FLAMES on the highway due to a failed repair. My parents lost everything. My mom only had the outfit she wore on the plane. They offered us NO immediate help. They turned it over to their insurance company that made my parents give an accounting of what was on the truck. We spent 6 very emotional days filling out this rediculously detailed list, only to find out that they are reimbursing them at the rate of sixty cents per pound!! We have spent the last month trying to replace their necessities and it has been exhausting and expensive. 90+ years of family photos are gone. We were not even allowed to see the remnants of their belongings. The owner will not return our call and as of today they have not even reimbursed them for the cost of the move. The owner told his general manager to tell us that "the loading of the truck went fine", so they are only giving them 1/2 their money back.
