New to Crystal River Area. Had to get a TV stand today because I had to return to my other house 7 hours away. The salesperson was very nice and said she would ask the manager if I could buy the one off the floor. I told her I just bought a house and would come back and buy a couch set that I already liked. Let’s just say the manager was not very friendly and I told her she just lost thousands and thousands of dollars worth of sales. She said have a nice day. Another was of saying FY. I went 5 miles down the street to Royal Furniture and 10 minutes later was walking out with a $1200 stand with a fire place. Never again will I walk in that store. Weird how people don’t want business when they are in business. Not like she was going to sell 50 of them in the next week.

sales lady great delivery guys great .Although they sent wrong furniture ! while trying to correct order the store manager {Cathy i think }was rude and unprofessional to the point that i cancelled order . cant believe she has anything to do with customer relations
