My PC had totally died about a year ago. Bill replaced the hard drive, installed new software, and was able to save all my data. My PC has been running beautifully ever since, and the cost of repair was a mere fraction of the cost of buying a new one. I highly recommend this service.

Second star just for taking the minute to test the power cord.Walked in to see if i can get a small test done to see if the power cord was bad or the power port on my laptop. Right away tries to sell me a power cord, which wasn't the exact one I have. Gives me a speech on a bench price, yadda yadda, then proceeds to agree to test the cord which turned out to be good. So that left the power port to be the issue, which after all that, he lost my business to diagnose that issue.All in all: bad customer service. If you want to spark a debate about a bench fee and how people come in wanting something free, a helping hand for a few minutes out of your day for free shows kindness and brings business.

I called to ask a price for repasting the cpu in my Alienware 17r4 laptop and was told he can’t do it!He sounded on the phone as he knew more about what my computer needs, than the person who owns it ,without even knowing the model ,or ,who is using it and for what and how often etc...I will do it myself dude ....It’s really not that hard ....If you are scared of touching expensive machines then you are in the wrong business ...And it’s not cool to pretend you know better than EVERY client and then back out of a job!Unprofessional !

I do not recommend going here. Not honest and rude. I’ve never felt more taken advantage of. I brought in a laptop that needed to be restored the man working didn’t even try to do anything to the computer while I was there, The worker there told me it would be 125$ to fix and that I would need a complete system reset which was not the case. He insisted I pay for the 125$ and when I said I couldn’t afford that he went on to ask me what would happen if he did the system reset and reinstalled windows 10.. As I said just call me and let me know you would need to do that to fix it. Then basically asked me to leave. Overall I wouldn’t come here unless you want to get ripped off. (Restored windows myself and it took 30 minutes)

Went in to have my hard drive put back in place. They charged me 40$ for a screw for a 10 min job. Will not go back and I don’t recommend at all. Owner told me that he wouldn’t charge me the full amount. Well he lied.

Just moved to this location. They're going through moving pains. Not setup completely and business is coming in the door. Great service, prices seem very reasonable for technical repairs and checkups
