Purchasing my Ranger was fast and easy. Warranty repair is horrible. I've been waiting for over a month for a replacement converter to come in. It seems like they would rather you buy one online and replace it yourself than you having them replace it under warranty. I probably won't buy from Jenkins again. I was warned about this issue of getting things repaired, but I didn't listen.

Just purchased a new Evolution Golf Cart from Jenkins Carts and Motorsports. The entire experience was great. Sales Manager Phillip Duesler was my sales person and he is very professional and cared about us. This is a not a pushy/hard sell company. The entire process was comfortable and communication with him was great during the ordering process. Sales person Mark was also helpful and professional. So far our new cart is just terrific. I would highly recommend this company for golf carts. I look forward to doing business with them in the future.

I had an issue with my Evolution golf cart,
I spoke with Jeff in service, he had my golf cart picked up, repaired and delivered, very professional and polite.
Service like this, there’s no reason to go anywhere else.
I highly recommend Jenkins!

Service Dept. Jeff, when the tuff gets going he does not give up. I am grateful for all his hard work having to deal with Evolution regarding a battery issue still on going. Jeff follow through and worked with me to think out of the box and come up with a solution .Thank you for getting my golf cart back to me before my deadline

I bought an Evolution cart from Jenkins a few months ago and after the hurricane that just passed, they were so kind to check on customers in the area! My cart was okay since we were on high ground, but the concern and kindness from the staff were much appreciated!! Good work Jenkins!
