Very pushy while overpricing vehicles. Told the salesman what I wanted and he kept pushing me to get what he wanted to sell. I didn't tell him I also used to sell Harleys. Shady spot. I'd avoid.

Here today for 30k service on my Chevy premier and I hope everything goes as planned. Will update laterUPDATE: So they did a great job on my car. Wasn't cheap but it's the best. This wait was pleasant and they have the best coffee free. Also bathrooms are nice and clean. This is why I come here. It's my kind of place. Other than prices I'd have to say it's a 5 star experience and I lived there visit. Thanks

Spent 1600.00 on truck repair. Vehicle broke down 3 hours later for the same issue. I was told the repair would be under warranty, .Reached out to service manager who said he would not refund anything. Another Gm dealer said repair at Jenkins was not completed correctly. Gm customer care gave me 100 however not much help. I spent years in car business I have never seen this type of service. Sad spend your money at local shop who know what there doing.

Terrible,so called techs unable to do basic mechanical tasks. You would think they can properly diagnose and repair their own products!

Our repair took more than 2 months, for a none frame damage bumper/fender replacement and paint. They collected insurance money for work not completed, and scheduled car to be picked up without completing job. They did not bother to write supplement for additional pieces that were broke from accident, and sent car home with non functioning passenger door, broken plastic door trim, and scuffed wheels. The car had to be brought back, only to be picked up again with a passenger door that would not open. Also communication and service advisor were horrible. I would NEVER go back.

Dustin in sales is by far the worst car salesman I've ever experienced will talk to you like you're less than him and thinks he's a car selling guru.

terrible place to buy cars I bought two within a week or so of each other and my corvette had dry rot on rear tire that should have been replaced if they really had an inspection when they take trade ins also windshield wiper fluid pump didn't work and my drive belt has cracks in it that I only found out about from the people that changed my oil because when I told jenkins that my oil light was on the day of purchasing the car they just reset the light and said it had already been changed which was a bullcrap lie! all they do is lie cheat and steal from you do not do their jobs and aren't very nice or forthcoming after you buy something they care at all about customers! never buy anything from them ever!!

This place is horrible. I do not recommend anyone buying a vehicle from here. The salesmen are super pushy. look out for a salesman named Dustin definitely do not go through him. He will push and push and push and push until you do not feel comfortable and leave which is what happened to me, this place has went to shit after Jenkins bought it out. This is the most desperate car dealership I have ever been to in my life they don't care about the customer. They only care about their quota and getting a sale for the day. Please do not go here.

Since Jenkins Chevrolet bought this company. They have guys that subcontract in the back. They party they run base box super loud rap music vulgar. The guys honk scream yell. Peel out party in the back. The sales people and the general managers no matter what they do can't get them under control. 2021. They leave their compressors going around the clock. They're danger to the society. Finally after almost a year of hounding them and finally threatening them with the EPA and attorney. They put timers on their compressors. Because they did not have any responsible men who would turn the compressors off. A bunch of subcontractors in the back who don't care. And are told that they're independent. So I have fought and fought to try to get through to the Jenkins owners to let them know what a party goes on in the back regularly. Loud aggressive men peeling out swearing yelling squealing. Running excessively loud music. And no respect for the community. I know that the Jenkins owners do not know this. They don't respect the female general managers at this company. There's aggressive guys are nightmares. And it's been a nightmare since Jenkins Chevrolet bought the place it's nothing but a party in the back certainly would not be the place you'd want to purchase a vehicles or bring your vehicles the service. Everybody that I know that is going there is unhappy with their service. As well as having excessive rates of vehicles put higher than they've been listed for. They also won't give you prices. They make you come in for a test drive how odd is that? This is not the Lamb's chevrolet. So don't think you're going to get the service that landscape. This is subcontractors. And you're told that all these are subcontractors. So does that mean that you can't make them be responsible? Well it's been a year and a half and it's nothing but a nightmare in the back. I'm hoping and praying the Jenkins the true owners will find this out and do something about it. I've been told now to call the police about the activity. Senior citizen never in my life would I have dreamed that I would have to call the police on a multimillion dollar business. Hoping and praying that the Jenkins owners will look at their it tape if they're running it in the back. And if you ever go up the street in the back you'll see it's a party in the back. I don't know how professional is in the front anymore? If I wanted to live in a community. Where you had to listen to excessively loud rap music. Vulgar language. Smell cigarettes and be afraid. I'd live in a city. I wouldn't live in Homosassa on a residential street. This is the nightmare that I hoped I'd never live. And I'm living it.

My wife and I went in to buy a new suv here and it was a total scam. We found something she liked I called about the price and was told in order to receive that price we would have to schedule a test drive online. So we did. When we went in for the test drive she enjoyed the vehicle, but that's where it all changed. We sat down to start talking about the price and it was 6800 more then the online price. We asked and that's when we were told again that you have to do the online appointment for the test drive. After I stated again that we did he came back again with the price now at 43000. The guy helping would not let us see the paper where it was broke down and only offered us 500 dollars for our used car that is a 3200 dollar trade in at maus. So the price point went from 29000 to 36000 now it's at 43000. He would not allow us to see what they were charging, instead insisted we put more down. This place is a total scam, they rip you off. I will never shop with the Jenkins auto group now that I see how they work. As well I'll never return to Jenkins Chevrolet of homosassa.

Looking at a truck that is clearly advertised on this dealer's website with an MSRP of $86,200, with a customer cash offer of $500, and therefore the website shows "Final Price" of $85,700. The website also shows that you can save $500 by scheduling a VIP test drive and they also show offers for saving $200 just for giving them your contact information (not to be combined with other offers i.e. the $500). When I contacted them via email in an attempt to get some solid numbers for buying this truck along with trading in my 2017 Mustang with 17,500 miles, I was told that the truck's selling price is $93,141.00 (not the advertised $85,700) and that they would give me $2,000 less on my trade than what other offers to buy on the Internet are offering to buy the car outright for. I would have bought the truck if they had started at the $85,700 price and then given me a bit more for the trade-in. Shady tactics in my opinion.
