“Traveling through Crystal River. Upon entering was greeted kindly by Jen who gave us a tutorial of the machines and what forms of payment they accept. She worked the entire time, ensuring the environment was super clean. She swept & mop the floors, cleaned the bathroom, and assisted all the customers with a smile.

I have been a customer for 8 years, but my last two orders were sloppy and unwearable. I had them redo a bunch of shirts that came back in good shape after the redo, but the new ones I dipped off were as bad as the ones I hade to have redone. They clearly have an attention to detail issue with employees. I like the person working the Crystal River store very much and she is empathetic and committed to customer service, but the quality of work is just unacceptable. I’m only writing this review to get some management attention to the issue. I’ve been a loyal customer, but I’d go somewhere else if there were another option in Crystal River.”
“The facility and prices are great. But the attendant was just rude… I understand the bathroom must be locked but when I asked her to open it she right away said I could only use it if I was doing laundry. I was And told her maintaining my polite attitude. She opened the door and I thanked her she just looked annoyed said nothing and kept smacking her gum but never said a word. So I came back because it was laundry day again and it really is a great facility… great machines all easy and the lady there today was warm and friendly! That was nice.”
