So i saw the car advertised online on Friday night. , It took till Monday before I could talk to somebody about it. Tori called me ( she was really big and kept in contact with me through the whole procedure till I picked it up on Saturday ) and put me in touch Andrew , him and I went back-and-forth a little bit. I wanted to leave a deposit ( because I couldn’t get till the weekend)he said they don’t take deposits , so because it was looking for went ahead and bought it . First time I bought a car with out actually seeing and driving it .I guess I got lucky because it was the car I was looking for , it was the right color. It rans good , looks good , & drives good , drove over 125 miles home without any problems. So my experience with Tori, Andrew and Love Honda turned out to be a good one.Thank you Tori , Andrew & the crew at love honda

My husband and I found these two gentlemen, Andrew and the Business Manager, to be "no pressure" and very easy to work with. They were professional and personable in all our dealings with them. Questions were answered quickly. Our daughter purchased a Honda from Love Honda several months ago and now we are leasing a Honda from Love Honda. Both experiences were positive and this warrants consideration for future purchases.

My sales guy Andy Lynough was fantastic. Went in to trade out of my Nissan Pathfinder and after a few hours left with a Honda Pilot that has all the bells ? and whistles. Andy worked his magic and got the numbers where they needed to be. Would highly recommend working with Andy and love Honda. ❤️

The Service manager Lynda was fantastic in making sure i knew what was going on and worked with with me on my schedule and costs. Car runs beautiful now. I “loved” (no pun intended) Love Honda over Ocean Honda. I’ll definitely continue to use them even though the drive is a bit further for me.I felt like Love was Honest where I didn’t get that feeling at the other place. Ocean Honda was trying to rack up as much cash from my wallet as they could, and I only went in for an oil change.Thank you Love Honda for the positive experience. Thanks Lynda for you great service.

From beginning to end the employees were outstanding. The best customer service from everyone that I have had since I moved here. Thank you Jim Hann and Cheryl.So sorry. I was so very very wrong. Cheryl left and I was left dealing with this kid named Rob. Jim was kind enough to clean out my air conditioner but did not clean the drain. The inside of my car molded so bad that I lost one of my back seats. I was told by Jim that I needed to leave it overnight so that they could detail it. Made arrangements with Rob, he wanted his weekend and would call me Monday. I ended up having to call him Wednesday morning to make arrangements for the following Monday. I needed work done on my doors so I dropped it off Monday morning and was told that they would fix the doors and then it would go to detailing. It would dry overnight and in the morning they would vacuum it and I could pick it up. I waited till 10am and then after no word from Rob,again, I called him. Long song and dance from him and they needed a few more hours. So maybe between 12 and 1pm. I came at 2. Well now they needed another hour. I won’t get into the whole bill fiascoI go to my car and this is what I picked up after a day and half. See pictures below. I believe that either their detailing shop has too much work with little help or they are completely incompetent. What really surprised me was that no matter what I said or how loud I said it, and customers as well as employees all heard, not one manager even came to speak to me. Is there a problem? Can I help? Nothing. I left and sent a message to speak to the general manager. He was away till Friday. Okay, please have him call me. It is now Monday, no call. Apparently I’m not important enough for him to call back. Jim, the service manager did finally call. He had been out sick for the week and sounded like he should still have been home in bed. Sorry Jim hope you get well soon. He did his best to cover up the lies but no song and dance will fix this. If you go there DO NOT work with Rob. First picture is the mold on my seat after 3 days. The others are after they detailed it. Rob told me that they had it 3 different times detailing it.

After two weeks of searching for a new vehicle and in and out of dealerships with high offers, I decided to drive two hours to Love Honda. I originally wanted a Honda HR-V. I called and spoke with Tory who explained they are a family owned dealership and will do everything possible to put me in a vehicle. They scheduled me to see Jerrod. He was waiting for me when I drove up and it felt like I received the red carpet treatment.They didn’t have the HR-V I thought I wanted but they had a new CR-V which was larger with more space. I test drove it and loved it. Jerrod and the GM worked out a great deal that I couldn’t get anywhere else. They stayed past closing to finish. I am so pleased with my purchase and the way everything was handled. I didn’t have the pressure and it felt like they cared more about me being happy and making it possible to get this SUV that I didn’t think was possible!I love my my CR-V! Thank you Jerrod and Love Honda. You have earned my loyalty.

At first the staff was wonderful. My air conditioner was making a loud noise and Jim was kind enough to clean it out. Unfortunately they did not clean out the drain. My car started molding inside. When I realized it was the air conditioner I called and they cleaned it out but said they needed it over night so they could detail it and clean out the water and mold. That was on Thursday the 7th. I had ordered parts for my doors and rear blower weeks before and Rob asked if I could wait till after the weekend and he would call me on Monday to set things up. He never called. I had to call him on Wednesday. The appointment was set for Monday morning. I was told that they needed it for 1 day so that it could dry overnight and I could pick it up in the morning. He never called. I called him at 10am. He stated that they needed a couple more hours for the detailing to finish. I showed up at 2pm. It still wasn't done that they needed another hour. When my car was brought out nothing was done to the interior. In fact they sprayed something and the rugs were soaked. The detailing was at no charge because it was their fault for not cleaning out the drain. The mold was so bad that I lost a back seat. Before I even saw my car Rob kept saying that he gave me a break on the labor and rushed me to pay. As I was trying to read my bill after paying I noticed that I was charged for the air conditioner parts that I told him I was not going to do at this time. Rob tried to tell me that he didn't realize that I was charged but if he refunded the money he was going to change the labor and not give me the discount. He did return my money finally. Not one word about the detailing that was not done. Everyone in that building knew that there was a major problem. Not one manager came to ask what the problem was or if it could be fixed. They obviously do not care that their employees out right lie to their customers. It's been 3 days and still nothing.

Jodie Brady is the best Service Representative we have ever worked with in over 40 years of working with dealerships. I had the absolute best experience I have ever had today trading in my car. I dealt with Larry at love Honda in homosassa and the amount of kindness he shared to me and my grandmother was so extremely wonderful. There was never a moment he wasn’t making us laugh. I haven’t seen my grandma laugh this much in my whole life and I enjoyed every minute of it. He made sure to always keep me up to date on the process while also dealing with the waiting game. I HIGHLY recommend going to see Larry.Thank you so much Larry for your kindness and kind heart. A heart of gold. This will be an experience I won’t forget. Stopped in to look at the new CRV Hybrid, we were greeted by no less than 5 people in a matter of minutes. Our salesperson ARIANNY VIZCAINO, was professional, courteous, respectful of our wishes, and had excellent knowledge of the vehicle we were interested in. The story ended with us driving away in a beautiful red CRV Hybrid!! We couldn’t be happier with our shopping experience!!

Love Honda gave us a fair deal on our New Honda CR-V. Car is easy to get in and out of for us older folks with bad backs. It is roomy but not too large. Has a lot of fancy features which I'm sure we will learn in time, lol. The only negative I will mention is that for us "broader" folks the seats are a tad narrow. Overall we are very happy with our choice, decision and the intention and service Love Honda gave us.
