I had the best experience at this location. The store manager Gail and assistant store manager Alexis were very nice. They were able to get me a good deal on my phone and transferred everything to my new phone. Fair prices and friendly staff, highly recommended.

They knocked my phone bill down by $19 dollars, and found every discount/promotion possible. and that was before they transferred my old phones data to the new phone. ALL my apps, contacts, etc. They deserve the 5 stars

After 2 days of pure frustration I came into this location and Kaylie (not sure how she spells it) was an amazing help. DSG was not very helpful and was very frustrating. Not to mention the amount of time spent trying to get answers. I myself was on the phone for over 2hrs with them before coming to the store where we was on the phone for 3hr. She worked so hard to make it right. She was super sweet and understanding. She never lost her cool with me or my kids. She was not being treated right by DSG and finally I lost my cool on them not her of course. I just wanted to let you know about how great she was. I wanted her to be recognized for amazing personality and her customer care skills. Please give this girl a raise. I live close and I plan on coming back to see if she was recognized for her amazing work. Thanks Ashley

So we went in for the “free” phone with a first month of service. I made it clear to the girl the phone was for a child and I wanted the cheapest possible deal and a brand new number. Cheapest phone, cheapest out of the door cost. I told her I had already looked online and knew which phone we wanted but we didn’t want to wait 3 days for shipping which is why we came to the store. She proceeds to tell me for the cheapest phone with taxes, first month service, and activation fees the out the door cost would be $225! I said “well that seems impossible since the “free” phone only costs $199.99 to begin with and the first month service is $75 (you have to buy the most expensive unlimited plan to qualify for the free phone) so where does the extra $150 come from?”. I know they work on commission but I was honestly shocked, she immediately got very defensive and said “well you asked for the free phone deal”. I said “yea I know, and I can get that phone right there online this moment for $75 total.” I was expecting only to have to pay a $20 activation fee for buying it in store instead of online. Needless to say we did not purchase the phone at the store, I walked to our vehicle went to MetroPCS online found the phone purchased the unlimited plus plan and paid $75, the phone will be here in two days. I’m writing this review to hopefully save someone from being ripped off for $150. I do not know how she came up with the number $225. Save yourself some $$$$ and stay out of the store. Purchase the phone online.

I really wish there were more Metro PCS stores to choose from in Crystal River Florida, supposedly they should be open by 10:00 Am.

Kaylee was so helpful and a pleasure to work with. I wish I would have dealt with her sooner instead of dealing with the Ocala store. She was so knowledgeable and willing to take her time with us. I would highly recommend going to see her if you need a plan

Horrible customer service.
I called and had some questions because I’m thinking of transferring from a different company over to Metro. The woman was unbelievably rude. Like do you want new customers?!?

This place is run by scammers. Don't go here unless you want to get ripped off.Edit from owners response: No you don't understand. The girl that works there is lying to people and scamming them. She should literally be arrested for fraud. She added a tablet to my account after charging me $200 for a phone that should have been $100. She claims that everything that came with the phone is a gift and it wouldn't have made a difference to the price which is a lie. She also told me that I could take the tablet off the line after a month which is exactly the opposite of the truth. After a month they won't let you.
