I swear every time I come into homosassa they employ the most incompetent workers. From Aaron's to mcdonalds. I don't care if your franchise, your franchise owner still has to take orders from corporate. Even had corporate call the store stating they needed to help us. But the manager Ariel was more concerned with her dunkin doughnuts to help. Clearly needs new management.

You need to fix your Towers so old Homosassa has service I'm running off of Wi-Fi at my cousin's house and when I leave my GPS doesn't work till after I get out of old Homosassa and I'm new here I got lost three times cuz my GPS wasn't working properly cuz your Tower is aren't working come on guys let's get moving it's already been a month or so since the hurricane we need to get service and old Homosassa this is Father Mark and Godspeed and let's get it going I don't want to change my carrier I enjoyed T-Mobile you give great service but let's get this s*** fixed always Father Mark

Second time I have been to this store. The first time I had upgraded a phone at the state fair and was told to go to the store to turn in my old phone. I was told they couldn't do it. Today we went to the store again for my wife's new phone because the T-Mobile web site said the best way to trade in the phone was to do it at a store. Had the same response, they could not do it and wondered why the web site said that. Same guy both times, the manager. Seems like they don't want to help unless you buy something from their store.... Cant do attitude.I responded to the "owner" asking me to email so we could chat. I did 5 days ago and no response. Not surprised.

Just recently changed to T-Mobile and now I'm having second thoughts. I was told by the other store that if I had any issues I could got to this store since it was closer and I guess they just don't want work. they said since I didn't open the account there I couldn't make changes, I had to go back to the other store. I month and so unhappy.

I'd rather have root canal than go to a phone store, however, this T-Mobile in Homosassa was not painful at all. In fact, I actually had a good time picking out new phones and the staff transferred all our info from our old phones, gave us helpful hints and saved us money with their buy one get one promo package. Highly recommend this store.

I came to the homosasa T-Mobile store completely upset because my phone broke. I’ll tell you what, the manager was the sweetest, kindest person I think I ever met.she sat me down , offered me a water. And looked me strait in the eyes the intire time as she was very detailed and clear for me to understandShe made a great impression. I can’t see myself going to any other store.Thank you Ms. Brittany

Very disappointed by my visit to this T-Mobile location, after hearing about T-Mobile having good quality sales and technical support. The store staff provided information that directly conflicted with T-Mobile website information and on-line support staff. When I returned to try to sort out the differences, the store staff took no responsibility for the disconnect on openly criticized the T-Mobile on-line support. After talking to both, it does seem like the offers provided on-line can save you considerable money over the store offers. As for my decision, I became very skeptical of T-Mobile and it seems likely that I'll set up my new contract with AT&T. When I started, I would have expected the opposite result.

I came into the store already upset because I had lost my phone the night before and it was stolen before I could go back and get it. I was greeted by Brittany and I have to say, I have been a customer with T-Mobile for 15 years with great service and I am thankful to have met and been serviced by her. Another great T Mobile experience. She was able to multi task with multiple customers and didn’t miss a beat in customer service. I walked out a very happy girl.... a new phone and a new watch. Made something great out of something bad! Thank you for all your help Brittany! I’ll be back!
