Normally we have excellent customer service here. Today, Sadly we had awful customer service. The loader did not liad the hay. He had my husband who has COPD and is recovering from a stroke do it. I always rip these leaders and thank them and appreciate them. I just guess I'll have to go back to driving over a 45 minutes to get feed where they alway load it. Today was small only 6 bales of hay but our normal is 30 hay and about 10 bags of feed. I guess loyal customer just do not matter.

Purchased a lawn mower from Tractor Supply, we had an issue with the mower purchased before leaving the store. The manager on duty and the store owner resolved to problem right away. Pleased with the handling of the issue.

Used to love TSC, even Re-branded dozens of them during the Pandemic. Will not enter the doors anymore now that they have embraced and advocate the LGBTQ movement. Why would you do this to your base consumer TSC, why did you pull a Bud Light? Your customers have farms, raise chickens, horses and cattle.

I've been waiting for a couple weeks on flock block for my birds. At this time of year it's so hard for my girls to get the nourishment they need. I've called the Dunnelleon store as well. I see lots of other blocks for other animals, but not for my hens. I never complain ever about anything ,but this is kinda frustrating. And I don't like to leave a review of negativity, but my girls really need this flock block. Thank you!

This is a great Tractor Supply. They're very well stocked (including great Christmas gifts and seasonal decorations). We were pleased to see that they carry triple crown horse food (though sadly not Balancer Gold). The gentleman at the help desk was great and an informative advocate for the the store and it's added benefits of it's Rewards and delivery programs. Clean, easy to find things, very helpful. One of the best Tractor Supply stores we've visited!
