I would give negative stars if I could … I told Ed I wanted nothing extra and that I wanted to stay on the same plan.
My Bill was SHOCKING- it showed up with device protection and a lot of extra ‘junk’ I didn’t need or want that he said was included.
I even asked several times while I was there- “are you sure this is included because I do not want to pay for ANYTHING extra as I have extra screen protectors, cases, and everything else at home”
He continually assured me that I was not paying for anything extra. He claimed it was ALL INCLUDED and the glitter circles around the camera screen protectors that he applied was a personal gift from him!! (🤮)
HE LIED STRAIGHT TO MY FACE.
BUYER BEWARE- DO NOT TRUST ED!!!!
