Did not have a refrigerator in the room. Had to walk down 2 flight of stairs to get to the ice maker because they didn't have elevators. Would never go back there. Was not worth the 221.00 I paid for the room.

The room and hotel has a damp moldy smell, the billiard room wash trashed and the hotel staff was not very helpful

We were attending a relative's wedding and expected an "elite" experience at a comprehensive resort. Overall, we were very disappointed. The golf was good, the food was good, and the service in the dining room was superb. However, the rooms were poorly equipped and dated. The service from the front desk staff was not at all welcoming and very inefficient. Housekeeping ignored our "Do Not Disturb" sign twice and woke my wife up. They said they had no idea that we had a late check-out (something we discussed with the inefficient front desk staff). We were told that we had to pay a $100 security deposit that would be returned to us upon check-out. We checked out 2 days ago and still have not received our money back. But, we did get an extra charge of $17.17 that was unexplained. The resort is massive and getting around it was a bit of a pain. The "special reduced price" of close to $300 per night was ridiculous. We have stayed at low-end Marriott properties that had better rooms and much better service at more than half the price. Although the fitness center was well-equipped, find it was like a treasure hunt. Also, having only 1 fitness center for such an enormous property is not a good idea. We will never go back to Mission Inn!

The Snickers restaurant that beats all restaurants within 60 miles for the very best Saturday night meal. I have enjoyed Saturday night dinners there for over a year. There are 2 restaurants on the property so be sure it is Snickers you are at. The dinner is buffet style with servers regularly checking on you with a smile. They serve Prime Rib, Alaskan King Crab Legs, vegetables, soup, salads and a 15 foot bar of Sushi and Sashimi which are both fish or vegetable, baked salmon, raw clams and oysters. The desert bar is 10 foot long and besides the many cakes, pies, bread putting there is ice cream with chocolate sauce. The restaurant has many soft drinks and a bar which your server will get you the harder drinks and wine. If you take my advice you will come back many many times. There hours are 5 PM to 9 PM.

Service was absolute zero. Went there for a wedding and they scattered us all around the different buildings. They were really impolite when we asked to join the bride in the same building. We ended up being in the furthest building as they couldn't accommodate our request. Also we had to throw all the food we brought away due to the lack of a mini fridge in the room. Finally our building had no elevator and we had to carry all our luggage up flights of stairs. There was a fire during the night that people from our wedding had to evacuate from. The room was old and could use some fresh decor renovations. While the golf course is nice, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone due to the extremely bad service and the attitude of the workers.

The staff on the course was pretty rude to us, we didn't have a good experience. We were there for a golf tournament, personally I would not go there to play for fun, there are plenty of golf courses around Orlando area that treat people better.

Spent NYE there, for their Gala event. Very disappointed in their selection of their 5 course meal. Anchovies, on a salad, raw tuna, and halibut, plated with venison, and beef. Of course, the halibut juice ran into the other meats. Desserts were great, but if this is their menu next NYE, we will skip the whole Gala event.Breakfast, fruit was not ripe, biscuits and gravy tasteless.Beautiful place, but no hats off for the Chef.Rooms: Very comfortable room Bathtub, and shower walls could use a good scrubbing.

Exceptional customer service! I had coordinated tee times for 15 people 2 weeks in advance, however when we arrived they did not have us on the schedule. They graciously split us up into 3-somes and placed onto the course on a Saturday morning. Absolutely superb and the course was in great condition as well. Thank you to the staff at Mission Inn and Resort for a great experience.

I had my doubts only living 45 min away but this knocked it out of the park. A hidden gem. Quiet and out of the way made this a perfect getaway. We attended a 4 day wedding weekend and from the golf/spa and the comfy beds to the service for the all the events including the Sunday Brunch ( we will go back), I was impressed. This is a resort where you do a lot of walking. They could use more valets. Chairs were worn in the dining room but some easy fixes in this venue could easily make it 5 star. New owner will probably do that.Over all this place did a tremendous job accommodating a 230+ person wedding and made it feel like the place was ours.Rooms: Big traditional king beds! The mattresses were so comfortable. I wanted to take it home. Would have liked a robe to go to pool. Wasn’t a close by bathroom to change. A mini fridge would have been helpful since restaurants hrs are early close.Nearby activities: Once you are on property you will be there for the duration. No late night pizza delivery or bar open past 10. Just be prepared.Food & drinks: Definitely go to the Sunday Brunch and go hungry. Unbelievable choices and cost reasonable with unlimited mimosas. The music was enjoyable.

NYE was terrible!!! This is our 3rd year! 20 couples!! Probably our last!! Food was terrible! No one in our group ate at all. Each course was terrible! Who has venison for a NYE dinner! Band was awesome!! They knew we were all coming and after golf the clubs could not handle our group. We waited 45 minutes for our drinks. There are too many golf resorts around that would welcome our large group! Sorry mission Inn I think we will skip you next year!!

NYE was terrible!! It was our 3rd year and probably the last. We are a group of 20 couples and not one person enjoyed the NYE gala menu!! we all left hungry! who has venison on a NYE menu? If you do not like seafood you were in trouble. The 5 course menu was unbelievable!! the venison you couldn't even cut. tuna tower then tuna on our salads??? Tasted like some of the bottles were watered down. The only good thing was the band!!! We had 2 days of golf and when we finished and came in for drinks & lunch the clubs could not handle us. we waited 45 minutes for a drink. There are so many golf resorts in Florida I think it's time to make a change.
