“They rebuilt my rear-ended 2002 Pontiac Firehawk. This is after 3 other shops said they would fix it but then backed out and failed their commitment with me. I should of come here first because of the wonderful job they did and I'm glad the other 3 shops failed. The parts were difficult to come by since there were no new OEM body parts available. Baystreet Paint and Body will be my first choice for all my future auto work.

“This place has 5 stars for a reason! Our truck broke down on the turnpike and we had been waiting for 20 hours for AAA. Finally said forget it and gave Spencer a call. From the time we placed the initial call, we finally felt like we were not getting the runaround. Kimberly was incredible! She was communicative throughout the whole process, next steps and was on time to the exact minute. Although you never hope to need to use these services again, I wouldn’t hesitate to call Spencer if I needed towing services in the future.”

“Justin came and saved us from the side of the road after we hit a pothole and popped 2 tires. He called to verify my location and jumped into action when he arrived. Got my car parked in my driveway and went on his merry way.”
“I personally watched my neighbor break down and cry with how well this company processed her towing claim. Her tears of gratitude and thankfulness was very touching. The driver was appropriately dressed, friendly but highly professional and very well trained in his job. The day before, she was unfortunate enough to be in queu with a Marion County tow company that ended up in sheriff calls and a stolen vehicle as well as being inappropriately spoken to and touched by that driver who was inappropriate in all areas of his job.When the driver arrived from Eustis Amoco it had been pouring rain since midnight and although he was soaked, and in pouring rain currently, it did not divert his job. He drove down 140 feet to see where he should drop her truck, and then he backed out another 140 feet to turn around, and then backed down again 160 feet to drop the truck exactly where the only actual parking space was left in her driveway.He did not know anything about the towing company the day before and knew his job well, and had no physical problems doing it, nor did he have an attitude. He was highly professional and let her know that she could request his company specifically for any future towing needs from Triple A.Eustis Amoco hires quality drivers and in no way did a lone female have to worry about anything. Be careful of these other companies who hire anyone off the street.”
“I called Hurley's tow and they came within 15 minutes of my request! Super nice gentleman although I didn't get his name. Fairly priced and very fast towing service! I appreciate them so much for "saving" me and my 3 small children from being in the heat for long. I hope I won't have to have another tow but if I do I'll definitely call them again!”

“The good folks at American Collision Center and Towing came to my father's house, and moved an RV from the back yard to the drive way. Sounds easy, but it wasn't. The RV was moved without damaging the house or trees. It involved a lot of back and forth, to maneuver this non-running RV through some tight spaces. Ashton was patient, thoughtful, methodical, and he got the job done to my complete satisfaction.Service: Car towing”

“The staff was very professional, helpful and ensured all safety checks were performed. I was greeted by a friendly smile and she made polite normal small talk. There are a few things that stood out to me that were exceptional about this location:
The bathroom, although accessible from outside the building was air conditioned, clean, and had quality toilet paper. It had the small touches that make a bathroom welcoming like nice hand soap. We all have to go at times, and being able to use a clean, comfortable bathroom really is one of those that says a lot about an establishment.
The staff was friendly and helpful, and really seemed to appreciate the management at the location. These are the kind of places that have the best employees.”
“We had a great experience with Joe Hudson's Collision. Making an appointment for our vehicle to be looked at was easy & they were upfront and honest with us about the repairs it needed. We made an appt to drop it back off, Enterprise picked us up for our car rental and it was Joe Hudson's team who called them and had that all set up for us. Our car was repaired within a week and we were in constant communication with Joe Hudson's through text updates and a phone call of repair explanations when our vehicle was completed. Most importantly, our car turned out amazing! The repairs are perfect and they even cleaned our car for us. It looks amazing! We highly recommend Joe Hudson's and would use them again if needed (but, hopefully not, no offense, haha). Thank you for a job well done, all.”

“Had my semi truck in here yesterday for a bad universal joint , they got me right in the shop and got me fixed in a couple hours . Great communication and helpful employees. “I was stuck 25 miles from my destination and had already waited an hour for other tow services without any concrete expected time of pickup, I found Tow & Flow while waiting and Matt(tow truck driver) said he could be by within 10 minutes.
