There is a woman who works at night here with a really high pitched voice. Not only is she rude but gives customers the nastiest looks. She doesn’t help you when there is nothing stocked because she refuses to help anyone. She muttered something slanderous under her breath one night when asked a question. Probably will never go back when she is there considering there are 3 7-11 stores in our area. If this is the definition of customer service she shouldn’t be working for 7-11. Not to mention we spend alot of money here, won $5000 here. She is completely incompetent.

You might want to have a talk with your employees especially Kay about false accusations and defamation. The “I’m just doing my job” doesn’t hold up in court if someone decides to sue you because of the ignorance of those you employ. Falsely accusing someone of stealing should never happen.

Stopped in there this morning. Had to stand at the counter for several minutes until the cashier decided to put down his cell phone and serve his customers. Not very impressed!!

Yesterday evening I locked my keys in my car with my 6-year-old son and we were stranded at 7-Eleven. The cashier Ana went above and beyond to help me resolve this situation that I had put myself in. I was overwhelmed and I was kind of afraid because I didn't have a spare set. I had locked my cell phone in the car my wallet everything so I couldn't even take a taxi home. Anna ubered me and my son to my house and when I got back she had found a tow truck driver to help assist in getting my keys out of my car. It's employees like Anna that should be recognized and that's what I'm doing here. She was so friendly and kind and she just had a downright beautiful soul and spirit about her. Thank you Anna for totally coming to my rescue. I pray that God blesses you and keeps you close every step of your life.

The greatest team in the morning works at this store. A older gentleman bald with a beard a woman with glasses and reddish hair and a man I think his name is Joe. Just friendly helpful and kind. I lost my debit card and another card. I just so happened to mention it to them a few days later. They found them they put them in a safe spot. I told them about my situation and they gave me my cards. I love this store and I love the morning team they are just amazing people. THE 3 OF THEM DESERVE BIG RAISES FOR THEIR DEDICATION TO THAT STORE AND THE CUSTOMERS!!!!
