I've been going to them for years. They are very helpful and knowledgeable. They have very good natural solutions to any health issues one may have.

An insane selection of vitamins and a small bit of health food stuffs sprinkled throughout the shop. They carry a brand I like so I'll definitely be back.

Did not have exactly what I wanted but spoke to the lady at the counter and she helped direct me to some other things that really didn't help me but she was nice
