This afternoon I called Advance Auto Parts on SR-52 in Hudson, FL because I wanted my battery & alternator tested. This establishment does it as courtesy to its customers. When I pulled up to the store, I happened to see one of the employees outside. I remained in my car because I've had knee surgery. He very kindly came over to my car & I told him I'd like my battery & alternator checked. He immediately took care of me & brought out his equipment to do the testing. Before he started I told him that my car had an anti-theft mechanism & that the horn would go off if he disconnected the cables. He told me he had a device he could connect so that my clock, stereo, & anti-theft would not be disconnected. I never knew such a device existed, but that was great. He connected my new battery, which took about 15 minutes, if that, & I was on my way. The name of this stellar technician is Cody. I cannot praise his service enough. He was knowledgeable, professional, thorough, informative, polite, & respectful. He also noticed, before closing my hood, that the last mechanic that worked on my car forgot to put the cap on the motor oil. Cody found the cap right there on top & put the cap back on. I cannot thank this young man enough for the personal service he gave me this evening. Thank you Cody a thousand times!
I highly recommend Cody & this establishment for your auto needs. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

This staff knows exactly what they are doing I asked how I should bench test my injectors and he told me the best way that he’s tested them which tells me they know what they are taking about and aren’t just parts boys

Skip this store if you can. 12/27 10:30 sat looking at batteries for 20 minutes. Three guys in the back, messing around and the lady tells me I have to wait, she's the only one that can help. Rude as hell. Not spending $600+ on batteries at this store..

Wow. Where do I start. My daughter bought a starter and it went bad In 2 weeks. These people refuse to give her money back so that she can go get a new starter from elsewhere. The manager Anthony acts like a highschool girl. Just like you got that job, you can lose it, with that nasty attitude. And, I am not done, I will be speaking to the district manager as well as the regional manager.And if I do not get an apology from Anthony, I will go higher in the retail chain. Who the hell do you think you are?
