We are 50 miles round trip to this store, but was well worth the ride to get the correct part and to deal with this staff.”

“I just spent 12 minutes on the phone with an employee Kelcey from Aarons. Because of her efforts and professionalism and her willingness to make sure all my concerns were addressed. Kelcey is the reason I will do business with Aarons again. Im only leaving the original review up for a week so people can refer to it. Obviously sometimes you just need to find the right employee. I believe Kelcey will keep her word. I recommend her for problem solving and I have had my eye on another product so I look forward to working with Kelcey once this issue is resolved. “No more attended check out. Not even as an option. All registers are self check now. I can see why it's a good business decision for HD. They had about a dozen registers and only three employees standing nearby to press buttons for customers that get stuck.”
“Today we purchased a grill from Home Depot in Port Richey, FL. After purchasing it, we discovered that the assembled grill would not fit in our SUV. I got amazing help from Jaden, Brian, and Sarah. They stood outside in blazing heat and worked together to take the top off my grill so it would fit in the back of my Santa Fe.
Jaden spent the most time helpig us, Sarah offered practical help, and Brian came with the tools to dismantle the hood. With infinite patience and good humor (including jokes by Sarah), they figured out step by step what to do. Brian saw quickly that the hood must be removed. Once he got that done, the rest was easy.
Let me say again that Jaden, Brian, and Sarah went above and beyond the call of duty to help me.
