“We have been looking all over for the right toliet seat- and Bingo, Joel and Justin were very helpful. Joel ordered the part for us and had it the next day He even opened up the box to make sure all the parts were included, and the seat was in good condition and right color for us. We are 50 miles round trip to this store, but was well worth the ride to get the correct part and to deal with this staff.”

The employees are very knowledgeable, helpful, eager to answer your questions. The tools are always newer and in great condition. Very happy with my experiences at this location.”
“I walked into this Home Depot today and was greeted by 3 employees with a hello. It seemed as every employee I passed said good morning. A few asked if I needed help. This Home Depot felt like the “old” Home Depot. Most stores I walk into I get the opposite treatment.”
“No more attended check out. Not even as an option. All registers are self check now. I can see why it's a good business decision for HD. They had about a dozen registers and only three employees standing nearby to press buttons for customers that get stuck.”
“I just spent 12 minutes on the phone with an employee Kelcey from Aarons. Because of her efforts and professionalism and her willingness to make sure all my concerns were addressed. Kelcey is the reason I will do business with Aarons again. Im only leaving the original review up for a week so people can refer to it. Obviously sometimes you just need to find the right employee. I believe Kelcey will keep her word. I recommend her for problem solving and I have had my eye on another product so I look forward to working with Kelcey once this issue is resolved. Understand that Kelcey had nothing to do with anything related to my issue but she got me answers and updates less than 24hours. Thank you Kelcey.”

“Brought my printer in for repair. While standing at the counter the tech pulled the paper tray, put it back in, fidgeted with a couple of other parts with his fingers and....BINGO!!! Printer repaired! Didn't even charge me. This guy has a real fortay for this business. Thank you, Best Buy!”
