“Great work. Was told I'd need over 1000 dollars in repairs by another shop not including the labor fees. He set me straight with a reality of only a 90 dollar brake bleed instead of replacing the whole abs pump and module like numerous other shops said was required. He saved me time, money and a lot of stress. Now I'm back on thr road and I'll definitely be bringing my gmc back next time I've got a problem.”
“After having new tires and brakes installed at Mavis at River Crossing, my car developed multiple noises in the rear. After two return trips to Mavis at River Crossing and two at the Mavis on Little Rd. in Hudson, trying to determine and correct what was making the noises, I was referred to Randy's &Son by Mavis. Wow! I will only be using Randy's &Son for all repairs from now on. Mike, Randy's son was so polite and knowledgeable. He immediately assessed the noises, shared his findings, and in an hour everything was corrected. I am forever grateful for Mike and the amazing technician that assisted me. Thank you both again for making the rest of my day perfect.

“Two different stories 4 months apart
Bought a truck with a bad driveshaft he had that thing replaced in hrs
Showed up this morning in a tow truck I go she ain’t got no breaks (well I was two footing her butt off the seat pedal weren’t going down) ?♀️??? vacuum pump decided to full send this morning on 589 and broke off everywhere
They had to dig metal chunks out my motor and again he had it fixed in hrs

I called all around town pricing tires, breaks and rotors all the way around. My tires are never in stock anywhere but they were able to get them in two day instead of the usual 5-7. I am so thankful for Paxton and all this time to quote me, explain everything and get my stuff ordered. They were the 2nd best price in town by about $40 but I would choose small business over chain any day.
We set an appointment and I called in 3 days early asking could they fit me in. Yes! They did.
James was amazing as well. They were all super kind and honest. Thank you guys! So happy to have my car’s new shoes.

“April 1,2025. Worked on my 2014 F350 6.7 diesel regarding an oil leak on a Jasper Engine (warranty issue). Stirling and the diesel mechanics were spot on. They were great and explained everything they were doing. I will definitely will be taking it back when I have issues.”
