We had 2 separate people in the car with different coupons for 2 separate orders which has never been a problem anywhere. The owner of this particular store has decided to only take one coupon per car even though they are separate orders. Neither one of us have much money but she paid twice as much because they wouldn't take her coupon. What a douche canoe. That was our last visit to your store and will make sure we tell everyone.

Theyll get your order wrong and then wont correct it. Theyll rip you off and charge you 12 dollars for a single burger. Last time im going here. 4 things for almost 20 dollars, complete rip off.

Had 2 coupons for chicken meal code 5043 on Saturday 2:34 pm.I told them 2 orders and was told I need 2 coupons which I had.When I pulled up to pay one coupon fell under the Seat,burger king wouldn't give me the 2nd chicken meal.Wow,I was hot.I paid for one with coupon and drove thru and parked and crawled under the seat for the coupon.I had to drive thru again wth.Thanks Burger King for trusting me.Really?

Every time I go to this Burger King, I am amazed by the outstanding customer service that all of the staff members and managers provide. They are always very cheerful and professional and they go above and beyond to make sure that my order is correct.

I ordered my food at the intercom when I pulled up to the window 30 seconds later I tried to add a sandwich and was told that I wasn’t allowed because there was another car behind me so if I wanted to add a sandwich. I was told I would have to drive back around, get back in line and order food again. I thought that was the weirdest thing I’ve ever heard. Usually they just add it on and pull the car up and will bring it out to me or I can come in get it. But to be told no I can’t order something when you have it in stock was crazy to me I won’t be coming back here nor am I getting back in line to order the sandwich when I’ve been sitting at the window already for 10 mins.

Absolute worst cheeseburger I got the Whopper Jr meal. I feel totally ripped off I will never eat at Burger King again. Tables was dirty

The is not a corporate location, using the app is mostly ran by corporate so it would not be fair to leave one star. However, the order I made was a bundle deal on the mobile app, adding additional drinks and other items from the regular menu does not show up on the order when it prints out (says the cashier). I showed them on my app it said two drinks and they were able to resolve it. Just FYI check your orders if you are ordering online or mobile.

11:15 pm ordered a double whopper with no cheese and medium fries. The burger was dry and not at all good for 10.50. The girl at the window was talking to the guy who was making the burgers and she said " go ahead a make 3 and if we need more they can wait " So I guess my hamburger had been sitting there for I don't know how long. Never again!

Went here for dinner, waited for food ppl ahead of us was getting there food lady was eating her French fries got her food sat down good couple minutes, decided she didn't want her fries, so she brought them to counter the manager , with the silver died hair and big pink glasses dumped the ladies used fries back into bin and proceeded to serve them up in her used container to the drive thru, we immediately said something she said she knew that was wrong, people the customer ate these fries, it was gross.. We got refund no thanks it was beyond disgusting

This is the absolute worst fast food place in area. They're always getting orders wrong service is slow and staff is extremely RUDE including the manager. We were given an ice cold breakfast sandwich was charged for a drink that were supposed to be included in the meal and when we called to let them know, the manager was very rude. Did not want to give a refund for the overcharge and didn't want to replace the breakfast sandwich as we told her we would bring it back, so it has been escalated to corporate. I have tried many times to give this place a chance, but I am truly done going there. It just continues to go downhill. They need new management to take over.

Egg wasn't cooked all the way. Customer in dining room was loud on his phone and wasn't asked to quiet down or step outside.

1st time at this Burger King. Went through the drive through, got a whopper and fries. Got home and the bun was soggy, the lettuce was brown, and there was half a slice of onion and a piece of a tomato slice. Usually go to Burger King at Hudson Ave. and 19. Will continue to go there.
