“Robert immediately and very efficiently corrected the issue I had from another detailing company. He cleaned and extracted the floor mat and flushed with cold water the passenger floor area, pulling out blackish liquid, then proceeded to clean the carpet. When we returned to the car it smelled clean and fresh.
