Been Allstate customer around 30 years and just purchased home owners from Allstate and was just canceled saying loose or damaged skirting. Well some people have health conditions and are on fixed income. But I would like to see what others think look at the pictures

I my needs were professionally met . When I call the staff is always very friendly a courteous . They are well versed in their area of expertise and any questions I have had are addressed in a clear a precise manner that makes it very easy to understand. Terrible agency. The only calls I've ever received were to sell me additional policies. They never reached out concerning a policy change where I could have mitigated risks associated with a renewal This will probably cost me significantly. She advised she does not hold their clients hand. I never even got a call from them. Terrible service, they cannot handle the capacity to call their clients to protect them. However, they can sure call when they try and sell an auto policy or whatever. If you can call to sell, you can call to protect your clients. No value whatsoever having this agent.
