I have been here multiple times, but unfortunately the bad experiences outweigh the good. I no longer get manicures here, have had issues with lifting and peeling the next day and now 2 bad and very expensive pedicures in a row. Will not be returning. It is very clean but not worth the money unfortunately.

Horrible service & horrible work ! My nails looked horrific , I continuously had to correct the nail tech and showed her pictures and she still could not get it right .

I've been a customer for many years now. Great pedis by Jackie and Hai. Also, Jenny, Brooke and Joanne are favorites for nails. Brooke is amazing at designs too!

My daughter and I have been going here for a few months now, we love it. Miss Joanne always helps figure out best designs and will perfect any photo you show her and hand paint it all on each and every nail. She is the sweetest and most kind person, always smiling. They are always very welcoming to the kids and babies who come in with the clients ❤️

I had a very disappointing and painful experience at this salon. I went in for a pedicure and left with multiple cuts on my toes. The technician, Ruby, was more focused on her phone and chatting with other employees than on the service she was providing.
Because of how rough and inattentive she was, I now have to wear band-aids on my toes just to tolerate wearing shoes. This was not only unprofessional but also potentially unsafe.
I expected a relaxing, clean, and careful pedicure — instead, I left in pain. I won’t be returning, and I would advise others to be cautious when booking here.

Hai give me the best pedicure of my entire life. He is super strong and gives a deep tissue-type massage. I opted for the Volcano pedicure with Honey lotion. I added the hot stone massage. In addition to a very long massage, he used a special massage gun on my feet, legs and neck/shoulders. He was super friendly and very professional. This salon is clean and their tools are as well. I was greeting immediately upon entering and was taken right away as a walk-in. I would recommend this salon and Hai. I will definitely be back! Amazing place to relax.

I am new to the area, haven't been able to find a good place to get my pedicures done so I continue to drive to Safety Harbor. Heard this place was good, so I went in for a simple pedicure. Lady kept pushing add'l services and add-ons. I ended up getting a pedi, eyebrow wax (needed!), and massage. The massage on my upper body was more rubbing, not great, won't do again. Will I be back? Maybe. Did a decent job on my pedi. I have one more place to try.

After going to this nail salon so many times and being poorly treated, I think that's it. I've always tried to justify them because everyone has a bad day, but now I see that they always treat their clients badly. I don't recommend anyone to go there and if I could give them zero stars I would. As a customer who goes and spends my money, I should be well treated.
