Never answers the phone and are very short with you when they do answer.Update reply I would not do business with you so there is nothing to resolve look how much people you have ripped off on your Google reviews I hope Google algorithm pick this up sooner and stop you from ripping off others .

My boyfriend bought a vehicle from thisdealership which I gave him the money for the deposit so he can uber and lyft now the car is broke and has alot of issues stay away from this dealership they are very dishonest.

This auto dealer is a complete scam. They advertise one price for their cars, but when you go to purchase the car, they add on all sorts of hidden fees and charges. They even tried to add on an extra fee for 'documentation' that was never mentioned before. I felt completely ripped off and would never do business with them again.

Do not ever buy a vehicle from Columbia auto group they are a scam. I bought a truck and was never late on a payment I put thousands of dollars into the truck and right when I was about to pay it off they broke through my locked gate and took the truck. There is legal steps I'm taking to get my money back and to make sure they cannot do this to other people anymore. And there is a lot of people they have done this to so that being said I would never buy anything from this place. They also sell you vehicles that break down on you week's later and will not fix them.

Please, please read this review! We recently bought a truck from this company. We were told there were no major issues other than needing an alignment and a few other minor fixes. We paid for half of the truck in cash and signed for the rest to be paid via a loan from our bank. We took the truck in to 3 mechanics and they all told us that the entire frame had been switched. We called Mike hoping he would do the right thing and return the money and take back the truck. He then said he would meet with us to “take a look at the truck.“ He took my husband, me, and our four children into a room to talk while he had someone take the truck in the parking lot. He is good at manipulating and lying. He took our money and the truck. It is our fault for not getting a mechanic to look at it first. My hope is that someone will read this before buying and save themselves from this company. If a man can look a family in the eyes and take their money without a problem then he is not a man I want anyone ever to do business with. We are praying that he reflects on this and is drawn to repentance and that no one else will fall victim to his schemes!

Dishonest dealership ,purchased a vehicle using no credit check buy here pay here and in a matter of weeks the transmission was already going out and also had issues with engine,called Micheal the owner and notified him of the issues and told him if it persist I would bring the vehicle back and call my 2k deposit a loss.Micheal went behind my back and sold the loan to a company called Texas dealer solutions so now I'm stuck with the full amount of the loan for a vehicle thats basically junk.More dishonesty from this dealershipUpdate to company response:I was offered another vehicle but I had was to pay another 600 or 700 dollars to get it which I didn't have .At that time Micheal indicated to me to change the fluid and drive it around to see if the slipping goes away,While I was inThe process of doing that he went and sold the loan to another company so he could get the full payment for the vehicle while dumping the faulty vehicle on me.
