The store in Hudson has a newer employee named Joseph … he has been there two weeks and fixed a mess of passwords and connections on my new phone . No one at pal harbor store could do this even manager .. he is amazing sweet . Talks and laughs to help kill time . What a great person will only be buying from him . Will help u as much as he can

Cricket’s website is a mess! I need to adjust autopay and this forces me to take time away from my dementia patient with fractured wrist to come down to the store! I am sick to death of their excuses!

If I could give it a zero I would my mother in law tried closing her deceased's mothers cell phone account and they turned her away and wouldn't help her! My mother in law was already dealing with having to deal with closing all of her accounts and how difficult it is for her mentally and to have to have to deal with a rep with a bad attitude not willing to help nor explain they couldn’t. Extremely disrespectful and disgusting.

Do not switch to cricket if communication is important to your job, relationships or life, in general. Constant dropped or non sent calls / texts from just 2 miles away.It's DEFINITELY a life ruiner !!!Never had this issue with T mobile /Metro.Horrific service !!!!!

The only good thing about the store is Layla she is very helpful and had a great attitude even being the only employee in there at that time, she answered all my questions and concerns , but other then her I don't recommend that store in particular. So when you go in ask for Layla.

Went to this business to change carriers, although the employees were quite helpful, they put a item in my bag & charged me $25 for it.I did not ask for the item nor did l know that it was in my bag.When l got home l looked at my receipt & noticed that l was charged for this item that l did not WANT or NEED.l went back in to complain they told me that they do not accept returns on accessories.I would have been ok with that.If l AGREED to PURCHASE this item.But they just threw it in the bag without my knowledge my or permission.This is NOT how a business should TREAT its CUSTOMERS.I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.So far the phone service has been good.
