With the exception of the cashier who checked me out, the staff left a lot to be desired. No one was at the Fed Ed drop off counter, a woman who appeared to be a manager seemed to be more interested in stocking what appeared to be a cart full of clearance items halfway down the aisle as she never once even looked to see if there were people waiting at stations which had no staff there to help the customer. In future, I think I will just go to an actual FedEx store.
