Ferguson is always my first go to for plumbing and HVAC. Duane the manager knows off the top of his head practically everything he has in stock and close to what its price is, or has a quick answer for me on how fast he can get it if it's not in stock. For never being a plumber himself, he has an amazing grasp on all the aspects and nuances of the job once I explain it to him. Sometimes he reminds me of parts that are required for an install of a piece that I purchased, or gives me options on bettet new products that have come out, or what else I need when making a purchase, lays out my cost simply and has a good answer for every question I ask. Usually I use his exact words when explaining to my clients what we're looking at. Exceptional service! I wouldn't go anywhere else!

Ferguson has always been the go to place for real solutions to plumbing issues. Helpful staff, ready to give the best advice and service. Matter of fact I am watching Mark from Mr. Water Heater install the new unit in my house. Normally do my own, comes time to realize you are too old to do some stuff. Ferguson gave me the referral and I am glad they did. Shop locally and get better parts than the discount shops. Give Mark a call if you need a reasonable price from a licensed master plumber. Use a pro.

Do not go there , they don't help you if you are looking for something small, you better drive south to Holiday Hydraulics Supply the people there are beautiful and take the time to help you, Ferguson in this location is not good they do not have time for small customers (all they have around), one of the woman told me to get out of the way even though were no people there at that moment. Please get fresh people willing to help.

Would give 5 stars but I had to order my stuff on line and when I called anout retuning some shower stuff they kept telling me I couldnt return them. (We are talking $700 worth of stuff.) so out of frustration, I went back to the store and they said of course I can return them there. I hope that woman gets written up! Huys on Rt 52 ??

The moment I walk in the guy behind the counter starts telling me how they don't have the part I want. I go to explain that I need an adapter and he starts spouting a bunch of plumber jargon at me and how they don't have what I'm looking for. I show him a picture of what I'm looking for and he doesn't look at it and tells me they don't have any 14 inch faucets because I'm holding a 14 inch faucet. I explain that I am bringing this in to find a piece that adapts to it and that this faucet is just fine and I'm not looking to replace it in 14 or 12 inches. So he did not understand my problem at all and was telling me how they couldn't solve it. I go to show him pictures again of what I want and he doesn't understand he just starts talking about how they don't have it. I have to explain to him that the picture is showing five different common parts, not one and he then proceeds to recommend some other place tells me all about how they have a selection of parts but that they won't sell them to me unless I'm a licensed plumber. Very unhelpful. Terrible customer service. He had no idea what I was looking for. And upon further Investigation into the pieces that I need he did in fact have the parts that I wanted after sending me out. Was I dressed nicely for this place? Because I'm not wearing overalls doesn't mean I don't know how to turn a wrench.

Never go back to this store The guys they have working in that store don’t have the desire to help customers and they work with this bad vibe and attitude don’t recommend this store to everyone they are mad and work like they don’t want to be there 3/29/23

After driving 10 miles to their store and showing my old pipe to the salesman he promptly sold me the wrong part without even examining my old part. Then after driving home and noticing the part was wrong i proceeded to drive back again , and this time he said " They don't make those anymore" Why not tell me that the first time? Wasted a whole morning and when i called to complain put me on hold for 10 minutes and said her manager was at a meeting . Don't even deserve 1 star .
