My experience had always been good service. Today I went to pay my credit card at the Hudson branch. when it arrived all machines were full 1 out of service. I stood for a long time waiting, the young employee didn't even ask me how he could help me. But a boy arrived later and I asked him. I had to use a different machine that is supposedly new. This machine does not give a paper receipt. The person on the other side of the screen tells me that he will send it to the branch so that the employee there can print it for me. The employee asked me for my email to send it because he couldn't do it at the moment. He told me he was going to send it to email, yet several hours later I didn't receive anything. Next time I'm going to the Trinity branch even though it's half an hour away. Terrible service in Hudson.

Only two employees available to help customers. When I arrived around 4 pm on Thursday afternoon, there was one employee in his cubicle with three individuals, and the only other employee was with another customer. The manager was alone behind a closed door the entire 30 minutes I was at the Hudson GTE center and never once came out of her office to help resolve the backlog of customers. The wait time was the worst ever at this location. By the time my problem was addressed, there were four customers waiting behind me. Very bad experience for what should have taken no more than 10 minutes. I have never been at this location when there were only two people helping customers.

I ran into a few potholes in setting up my new account online, and was connected to Coralis Jordan through the help feature. From that point on it was a tremendous experience. It was lovely to be able to connect with a human so easily to have my issues addresses, and Coralis was incredibly knowledgeable, helpful and responsive throughout the process. All customer service should have experiences this great! Thank you!

With my work schedule I cannot go to the branch M-F. It would be nice if this location had the same hours on a Saturday as the Plant City branch (9-1pm). Now I have to take time off work to go into the branch to take care of something that cannot be done online. There are other things I would like to use my PTO for and it is not to go to the bank.

Don't choose GTE. The quality of service has been a downward trajectory but really sped up in that last 2 years. There is no amenities offered that sets it apart from a bank let alone a credit union. They will erroneously charge $35 and the people will not refund you even if it puts you in the negative, for their mistake. It suggests this is so they make money. Its insidious. As difficult as it is, I'm going to suncoast and I cannot stress enough how this isn't a customer friendly credit union. Nothing separates it from other businesses except only bad people work here, they will actively steal from their patrons of 30 years.
