You know, you never know what someone’s coming into the hospital for , and I’ve been coming here for years and I’ve never had someone at the front desk make me and my family feel so welcomed. Diego was very welcoming and nice through the check in process and made you feel like you actually mattered. It’s comforting to have someone who cares. Thanks Diego!

I was very happy with the care I received at the ER. I was quickly seen, assesssed, sent for xrays and CT, had blood drawn and diagnosed. I was very happy with Dr. Pino, the ER dr and the many nurses and techs that I encountered. Dr Pino recently saw and treated my husband in the same ER and we were impressed with him professionalism at that as well. HCA Bayonet Hospt is my first choice if and when we need any future care.

Efficient, personable staff. Movement from one stage to the next went smoothly. All questions answered with a smile attached. Never felt rushed or unimportant although there was much more going on than my care. If I need care again, this is where I would like to go.

Had to bring a Patient to Bayonet Pt and the Nurses in the ER Emily and Sienna was truly amazing . They made sure that all my patients needs were met with being so kind and caring .

They misplaced all my belongings until the nurse finally remembered. I was not given my BP meds know I’m trying to get it normalized. But had to change it to a stronger dose and it’s still not 100%. One thing that was great was my surgeon but the hospital itself has plenty of room for improvement.

I was sent to the ER by my doctor because I had fallen and hit the back of my head on concrete. It had caused a cut/scrape that was bleeding. Everyone who took care of me while I was there was wonderful.

Dr Barela was kind and expeditious in my care. My nurse Taylen, had excellent bedside manner and efficient lab draw skills.

I went in not knowing what was wrong to the emergency room they took me right in. They took great care of me turns out I had pneumonia. I'm also stage 4 lung cancer I've been getting chemo for the past year I'm on immune therapy treatments.I stayed in the hospital for the 3 days. They were really good. The nurses and staff were excellent everybody took good care of me in a very personal and professional. I've been going to bayonet point for over 30 years I seem to get better every year. Thank you so much for taking such good care of me in my time of need. Thank you Jim F.

Will do everything in my possible ability to never go to this hospital again.
Brought in through the emergency shoes.No, socks never given.And i had to walk back and forth to the bathroom bare foot every time I went was vomiting and never given a receptacle for it.Instead , i'm vomiting over the bed rail on the floor, while people are walking by and nobody gave me anything.All they did was put a towel over the vomit on the hallway floor. Now time to leave finally.I said, where do I go?What do I do somebody pointed to the exit as I walked out.By myself barefoot through the hospital to the exit emergency doors
I've never had an experience like this and I never will again
