After visiting and leaving three other kitchen cabinet suppliers frustrated, the service we received here was a complete game-changer.

Cherie Ingram was our first point of contact. She was incredibly pleasant and patient, listening carefully to our requirements and working hard to identify the perfect cabinet styles for our taste.

Sammie Bryant (Designer) impressed us immediately with her enthusiasm and deep product knowledge. She recognized early on that by switching us to a higher-end supplier (Yorktowne), we could get our wish list—including a coffee hutch, tower cabinets, and appliance garages—as standard catalog items rather than expensive customs from a smaller supplier. She even surprised and delighted us with additional ideas and design tweaks to improve on what we had envisioned.

Pro Source of new Port Richey is a franchise and yet it stands out as exceptional because of the professionalism and attitude of the staff. I expect they have a really great manager/owner who reflects the same attributes.

Real-Time Design: Sammie is a pro! She revised and modified 3D designs on-screen while we watched, slicing and dicing the layout instantly to explore different configurations.

Communication: Responses to emails and texts were exceptionally fast.

Post-Sale Support: This is where they truly shined. When our installer drilled holes incorrectly on drawer fronts, Sammie quoted replacements immediately to the installer who wanted to pay for their mistake. When we needed extra toe kicks or I decided to change the island end panels last minute, everything was ordered and expedited by Sammie without me having to ask twice or follow up.

“I needed a tow strap to get my friend out of the sugar sand on my driveway. I found one no problem, and it was in sale so that was a plus. When I tell you the amount of self control it took me to not purchase one of those solar mushrooms...... I just can't bring myself to spending that much on one! Although they are very well made it looked like with good quality material. It will probably be on my mind until I break down and buy one. the woman at the register was very nice and helped me find the utility knife. It was sometime this am around 10 or 11 probably, I didn't catch her name but kudos to her and the customer service I received. ?”

We had an outdoor grilling area installed by Utopia, and the entire experience was outstanding from start to finish. The quality of the work is impeccable, and the attention to detail really shows. Communication and service were excellent throughout the project, and everything was completed exactly as promised. We couldn’t be happier with the result and would use Utopia again in a heartbeat. “Boyle's came highly recommended by a family friend who works in construction. We decided to still get multiple quotes and Boyle's was the best price (out of three). From start to finish, the members of the Boyle's team were punctual, professional, and skilled. They completed the job installing 7" super gutters for our pool cage on time. Afterwards, we noticed an issue with the edge of one of the gutters and they came to fix it very quickly. They also took care of downspouts and added an adapter to one of ours to make it efficient with our old system. Overall, I am impressed with the result.”

“The place to go for home renovation needs. The management at the holiday store is top notch too! A big improvement over the previous manager. Joining the pro rewards program has been, well, rewarding too. Unfortunately this store has limited display area and in-stock items for bathroom renovation needs, but most basics are covered.”

“I just left the store. Went to buy a few bags of cement. 3 workers were chatting and I asked for help with cement. Damien spoke right up. He was WONDERFUL. helped me not only locate the product, he helped me load it and push it to the cashier. Being an older lady,it was nice that he realized I needed help. So after he pushed it to the checkout, he waited for me to complete the transaction and helped me load it in my car.. it was nice he stuck with me to find the product and load it. I did not take up much of his time, I knew he had other things to do so the transaction went smooth for both of us. He made my trip to Lowe's a good one. Usually it's actually hard to find help of any kind but please let the DM and managers recognize DAMIEN. Sat 07/20/24 approx 130pm.”
