NEVER go to H&R Block, they are the worst to do your taxes. All they care about is the fee $149 and then if you have to pay taxes, they are not going to help you to see if they can help you to lower the amount of taxes to pay back.

3 weeks and still no call!!! As soon as you have a problem no response! Used them for 7years since I have been in Florida! Talked me into paying extra for their services! No service! No call back! Do not use H&R Block!

If I was just reviewing them based on the tax service it would be 4 stars. BUT, when I went to pay for the services they charged me twice. I told the woman and she laughed. Yes, laughed and said "oh no, we didn't. ". Well my bank statement says they did and when I called and told them they said they needed proof. Well, they will have proof when my bank charges them with fraud.
