Hudson Eagles 3997 is a vibrant fraternal organization that offers a wide range of activities and amenities to its members. The food trailer on-site serves up delicious cheeseburgers, cooked to perfection, that have been praised as some of the best in the area. The facility boasts a separate meeting hall and social hall, as well as a huge covered pavilion perfect for outdoor events. The pavilion features a bar, barbecue area, dance floor, stage, and a fully equipped kitchen. Members can choose to join the aerie or the ladies' auxiliary, or both. The organization hosts various events, including a recent well-received St. Patrick's Day party with a fabulous corned beef and cabbage dinner. Visitors and non-members are welcomed and treated with great hospitality.

Stopped by yesterday to get a cheeseburger and fries from the food trailer there. Without exception one of the best cheeseburgers I've had in many years, excellent flavor, juicy and cooked medium rare to perfection! I highly recommend!
