Duane the manager knows off the top of his head practically everything he has in stock and close to what its price is, or has a quick answer for me on how fast he can get it if it's not in stock. For never being a plumber himself, he has an amazing grasp on all the aspects and nuances of the job once I explain it to him. Sometimes he reminds me of parts that are required for an install of a piece that I purchased, or gives me options on bettet new products that have come out, or what else I need when making a purchase, lays out my cost simply and has a good answer for every question I ask. Usually I use his exact words when explaining to my clients what we're looking at. Exceptional service! I wouldn't go anywhere else!”
