The women who answered the phone (thick accent) is possibly the RUDEST pharmacist I’ve ever dealt with. If I could give ZERO stars I would. She told me I “I need to figure it out myself and hung up on me” and they have my prescription at their pharmacy!!!

The girl answering the phone can not be ANY ruder ... perhaps she should find a new job if she can't handle being kind when answering the business' phone - such a hard job I imagine 😐

The lady (pharmacist )who owns this place is guaranteed to talk down to you and treat you like you DON'T DESERVE. This place is sketchy, at best, and I should have trusted my initial gut feeling, that is my mistake. When she asked me why I was needing a new pharmacy I explained multiple reasons (we all know that CVS and Walgreens are not great) and one of the reasons I mentioned was that because I had a pharmacist threaten me by threatening to not fill my medication after I had complained about the treatment and then you know what the pharmacist at Lily Care said to me? She said she didn't believe me because nobody who was a pharmacist would ever do that and that there was no way I was telling the truth. After several More slightly less terrible mishaps with the pharmacist at Lily care what happened to me this week was the final straw and I absolutely am disgusted with the way she treats people and gets away with it because I've talked to two others who have gone here for their medication and they all agree that she is definitely very harsh with people And tends not to consider how her words affect others but when she told me I had no right to ask her about why my copay was a certain price and then tell me to pick up the medications at her house and I told her I would be there the next day then suddenly I get a text message saying I never came which I was never told she was home in the first place but anyways she then chose to be Petty because she thought I didn't show up to pick up my medication and said I could now drive all the way to Holiday to pick up my medications not at her house in Tampa anymore all because she didn't respond to me when I said I would be there the next day and asked if that was okay she went completely silent and normally she'll tell me when she's home so it makes zero sense why she would be telling me I didn't show up when she never confirmed nor told me she was home so on top of all that and then refusing to allow me to ask why my copay was a certain price and then telling me I was lying about being threatened and then honestly doing the sketchy behavior of distributing medication out of her personal home and not the pharmacy I'm done with this place and I hope the rest of the area that goes here enjoys expired drinks that they give out when you pick up your medication cuz I know mine was expired by almost 2 years when she gave me one I appreciate the offer but I would rather go without than have expired drinks along with being told I'm a liar and being treated like I'm less than and if you enjoy all of that stuff I suggest you go here oh and also if you enjoy not being able to understand why your copay is a certain amount then this is the place for you and if you don't enjoy those things I suggest you stay far away and run very fast because this place is atrocious and disgusting and should be ashamed of themselves and probably shut down.

Worst customer service in the world. 4th time going to this pharmacy and always there is an issue, bad service, and the pharmacist is so rude. She asked me why my doctor is from south florida and I live in Hudson! She haven’t heard about virtual doctors? She didn’t want to provide de medicine because of the location of my virtual doctor.
Also, they don’t call or send text when your medicine is ready for pickup. I was trying to support local business, but with their customer service is impossible.
