Shame on Mancini Automotive for bilking a disabled Combat Veteran out of $1900 for repairs that were NOT solved and not what was Needed. They stated needed new motor mounts and rattling would be fixed.
Turns out it is actually the tie rods rattling (@ $220), and since had to wait till had $$ , now need new front tires too. Wondering how they talked the previous 5 star reviewers to submit their lengthy BS , dismissing other low reviewers complaints. SHAME on this scam business and those writing made up reviews to keep sucking people in. Never again. 2nd time they have 'fixed, not fixed'. Stayed quiet the first time cause everyone makes mistakes and not costly....but for almost $2000.00.,..

I worked at Mancini's a few years back. I have a 20 year background in automotive repair and have worked at a few repair shops in and around the area. And I have to say that Mancini's would be my #1 choice if I were on the consumer side. My #1 reason? Honesty. Aside from being an extremely professional repair shop, capable of handling any and all repairs on all makes across the board, successfully and reliably, their honesty is what always impressed me. In a modern time where there is a lot of competition out there in the form of other independent shops, not once, even during times of slow business did I ever see or do a repair or perform a maintenance that wasn't needed, necessary for warranty, or the customer brought the vehicle in requesting it done. Not once. And while I have been fortunate enough to have never worked at a shop where customers were completely taken advantage of, I worked at a couple where they may have pushed unnecessary or not needed repairs a with a little more urgency than needed, but more so, have witnessed or was told directly from a vehicle owner, repairs done that were totally blown out of proportion on the need to have them done, scare tactics used, and every bit of a system's part sold and installed on a vehicle that were totally unneeded to make a repair performed by other shops in the area, I mean total crooks. It blows my mind that these shops will attempt to squeeze every cent out of a vulnerable customer. Not at Mancini's. The entire staff at Mancini's are great, honest people, some of them besides Joe are family members also. But everyone at that shop are great, professional people, and I do know for a fact, Joe Mancini will not have that compromised. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. And I'm not like personal friends with anyone up there or anything, I'm probably there twice a year, to have rotors cut, or have a bearing pressed in(before I got my own press). They remember me, and I have a polite, professional, on good terms interaction with them when I'm there, but it's polite business with a previous employee, that's all. I'm not promoting them on some favor, or spliff. I'm writing all this because I hate hearing the stories from someone who's probably struggling to some extent(who isn't these days) about them having been raked over the coals by some shady shop. If you need any kind of automotive repairs done, you not sure if you do, or what the problem is, go to Mancini's, you and your vehicle will be handled by good, honest people, that will only be looking out for vehicles best interest, your safety and comfort in your vehicle, and giving you a good interaction and great results to earn your business in the future if needed, nothing more. I know this sounds like a pitch, but it's not. It's just that with my experience in the field, I know a good shop when I personally experience it from the professional side, and people deserve to know about, and that shop deserves their business. that's just my personal review of the place.

Joe mancini has been taking care of my vehicle for over thirty five years or more and never had a complaint they are one of the best in the area with family workman ship and good customer relationship ?

Needed help with rear tire wear. My appointment was at 9am and the car was on the lift at 9am. Rear alignment kit installed and aligned. Out the door at 11am. Fast. Reasonable. Friendly. Knowledgeable.
