I went there yesterday to pay my bill and ask a few questions. Kahli and Jenny provided great customer service and they were extremely friendly and helpful. I wasn’t in the market for a tablet but I walked out with a Bada$$ tablet. 5g revvl tab 2.
They answered a bunch of questions I had prior to walking in and they gave or found answers to all.
I hope I deal with these 2 ladies every time I go there.

I was really happy with me and families experience at the t mobile store today. We were helped by a man who works at a few different stores apparently. He was so knowledgeable and helped my step daughter with a new phone because she cracked her screen on her old one. He was quick at helping her set it all up and hooking it all up at our exsiting account. I was so happy with it I ended up getting a new one myself. I'm happy we ended up going in there aging that day and dealing with him because the people that are usually in there are not very helpful or knowledgeable. I wish him all the best in his new Fatherhood as well❤️ he showed us pictures of his newborn and he was so adorable

Eve was really great!! She got me set up with my new Iphone super quick and did a superb job putting on screen protector. She even got me a free apple watch with my purchase. Thanks eve your awesome !

November 25th went to this store because phone was having issues and wasn't connecting to anything, lakita the sale person said my phone was too old and needed a new one, so I got a new one...needless to say I was charged two different amounts and then now noticed my phone plan was increased without my knowledge...so when I questioned the sales person lakita today she stated she did not have to ask the customer about increasing or adding insurance and when I said yes she does because it is the customers choice, she got a major attitude and yes I called main Corp and they stated that yes I was correct the salesperson DOES need to ask customer before applying anything to the customers account as it is the customers choice....watch your bills and your accounts if you deal with this sales rep!!!!!!

Went to this store as I was having problems accessing apps on my phone. After looking extensively through my phone, the employee said my phone was too old and I needed a new one. Decided to get a second opinion at a different store. This other employee, who I cant thank enough, told me I did not need a new phone at all, the problem was Google Play Store just needed to be downloaded which fixed the problem. No issues since then.

ONLY RATING1 STAR! WOULD GIVE ZERO IF POSSIBLE! The worst customer service and call back system. I went in with a problem and was told that that manager would be in contact, that was over a week ago. Called in today to speak with the manager, asked who I was speaking to, refused to provide name. Person said that they would give the information over to the higher ups, asked again who I was speaking with to make a point of reference only to be told have a nice day and get hung up on!
I don't know who took over this store, if there was a change of ownership, but customer service and manners is seriously lacking! Not all staff there are this way but the few that I have encountered in the past week are rude as hell!

This photo is back in April but I have continued to go there regularly. This was my second time there that week. I have posted smaller lucky times but this place is relaxing and the employees are always very nice and helpful. Free drinks and a sub if you are hungry. No smoking indoors but a place in the back that is covered to sit under. I haven't taken a photo of every time I've hit a nice jackpot. I highly recommend it if a person wishes to take a break in life with $40 -$60 dollars for an hour. A good feeling to know that it's always possible every time I can and have won a bit.
