Brought my truck in for a heater core. Their recommendation was to change the ac condenser while they had the truck. There was nothing wrong with my ac at the time. $2700. Later I have the truck , no ac, no heat, nothing blows where it belongs, no navigation system, no cameras. Basically a $2500 electronic system screwed... No ac, no heat, but hey... They got $2700.... And I got well I don't know how to fix that...

I recently had Mike install a C5 Z06 titanium exhaust setup on my 2000 C5 Corvette. It was a great experience. Honest, hard working people. The girls were friendly, and the mechanics were, too. Mike oversaw the install, at times actually doing a lot of the work himself. I'd trust my cars there, no problem. It took Mike and another mechanic both, but the exhaust changeover took exactly 1 hour!! I've been running a Flowmaster cat-back on the car for over 20 years. Loved the sound, but it does drone at highway speeds. Yes, I'll miss that extra sound at times. But taking a 1,000 mile road trip won't be one of them! The Z06 titanium setup retains the deep Flowmaster sound, is quieter, and has no highway speed drone. A HUGE thank you to Mike and the crew!! If you want quality at a fair price, this is your car repair place....👍👍

Didn’t get my vehicle worked on here but when I called for a quote he wanted to help me out and make sure my engine was good before he put it all together. Shows he really cares about helping out the customer and not money hungry

Absolutely amazing customer service. I stopped here after reading other reviews and they did not disappoint! I cant say enough good things about the staff and ownership. They had me laughing the whole time I was waiting to get my brakes done. They also fit me in when I didnt have an appointment. The prices were fair and I would highly recommend them. Thanks so much for getting me back on the road!

Mikes auto was the greatest experience. No body likes being their vehicle to get fixed and I was worried my jeep would have been died. But nope. They crew had everything fixed and went out of the way and looked at a few other things that the jeep dealership couldn’t figure out! And the price was more than reasonable. Highly recommend! And the ladies in the front are very friendly and sweet!

I came in with my car was hesitating and misfiring, and was told I needed a water pump, a tuneup, spark, plug, and wires A new Opti spark and a couple of sensors. Drop the vehicle off came back about a few days later and they said they changed the water pump, but it was clear the same one was still there all they did was take the plate off and put a liquid seal and put the plate back on the water pump but yet still charge me for a new water pump. When I brought this to the owners attention, he became irate and was very rude. So at the end of the day, I brought it back to my original mechanic Feola down the road which verified everything. I stated people work hard for the money and for this business to be doing what they do is clearly unprofessional just a heads up customers out there beware!! I would put zero stars, but I had to at least put one scumbags

The work on the exhaust for my old truck was done quickly and professionally. I did have a problem and will follow up to discuss. I would recommend this shop based on the work they did and the professional courtesy extended, keeping up to date each step of the way.

Great service and very fair pricing. They squeezed me into their busy schedule in the middle of the day on a friday and were able to cut out my rusty muffler and weld on a new one in under an hour while I waited.

Car started giving me trouble check engine light came on. Went to auto zone down the street from Mikes. Ran a diagnostic with several codes. Gave me a printout. They recommended Mikes automotive. I’m from New York so I took their recommendation. Told him the problem gave them the diagnostic sheet. I was informed my air filter was chewed and there was a mouse nest in the air box. Possibly causing the codes. And some chewed wires . I asked them if they pulled the nest out. Basically told me no. Got an $80 bill. I did not even leave the parking lot the air box clips were not clamped on so I took the box off took 10 seconds to pull the filter out removed the mice nest myself went across the street bought an air filter and put it in. If they just would’ve pulled the mice nest out I would not be giving this review. I should’ve walked away paying nothing.
