Very disappointed got quoted a price for repair and when the repair was completed I was quoted another price due to a part not being included in the initial quote. The manager put it on us we should have known that part was not included. It was pointed out to the individual giving the quote. We will never use this shop again. I only gave it a one star because I had to go give a review. In their response they deflect and state that we demanded the part for free that never happened. We have ordered the part and having it repaired we would never expect it for free. Initially we were told that the reason it wasn’t on the original quote was due to it being found during the repair. I stand by our original assessment bait and switch

Morris County Collision went above and beyond while repairing my truck after someone merged into the side of it. They fixed what was broken and even replaced another part at my request. They had put a gold Chevy Bow Tie onto the front of the truck and when I told them it was black originally, they fixed it immediately upon my return. I hope I don't have to return anytime soon but if I do, this is the place I'll go. Wonderful experience.

We just had them do repairs, paint, wash and wax on our 2020 Totpta Camry. They did an amazing job. They even detailed it inside and out. Fantastic experience.

I am EXTREMELY SATISFIED with Morris County Collision
They said they could match the paint on my car (all other estimates I got from others made a point of staying they could NOT match the paint) With MCC, it matches perfectly. Thank You.

Great customer service and friendly staff all around. I brought my car in on Monday for some minor body damage and they had it fixed and Better than new in 2.5 days. I would recommend them to anyone who is in need of collision repair. Very reasonable pricing as well.

They did an excellent job on my late model, very complex Toyota Crown hybrid. Took a bit longer than I wanted, but that was in large part to supply chain issues in the government screwed up economy and parts availability. The car looks great, the staff was courteous, David and Desiree were very professional. My only issue is that communication regarding my vehicle could have been better. I understand that they are very busy, and their priority is the job at hand and the other ongoing work. But a couple of times a week would have been wonderful, if even just to say hey, that part came in or not, hopefully in a day or two.

Do not go here. They do not know how to communicate with their clients when unexpected delays arise, they were a week late on fixing my car, they also do not do a through job inspecting for damage. My tire is still messed up from my wreck. If I could rate then lower, I would.
