Matt, the owner and associates, go above and beyond to help people with their automotive needs. He wasn't able to help me with a current issue I was inquiring about for an electronic problem on my foreign street bike. But I was witness to repairs he had performed on an elderly woman's vehicle, who had been hospitalized for a while & needed to have her vehicle restored to a reliable condition, for when she was released to go home. He performed all necessary repairs, to be in a condition of not having any worries. In addition, he made arrangements to have it delivered to her home, to be available upon her return. Doing so, with no excessive labor costs and not charging for delivering.Unfortunately, it's not the typical level of customer service you will find @ most automotive establishments. But definitely did not go unnoticed.
