I called to ask for a seal in my motorcycle and the person who answered name was Jim or Jimmy so I told him the info and what seal I was needing he said he would have to put me on hold to look on the web.
So I waited for almost ten mins and some other monkey picked up the phone and I said no Jim was looking up a seal so Jim picks up and said he never spoke to me but funny I knew his name but whoever had picked up the phone when I was waiting to me that no one there talked to me at all about a seal then he hung up on me GREAT JOB ILL NEVER. BUY FROM THAT STORE EVER

Huge fan of Nappa. Had 2 gold batteries for my diesel perish the week that the warranty expired and they gave me 2 brand new gold ones. Excellent customer service and technical knowledge helped me diagnose a faulty battery draw. Highly recommend.

Hate todo this, was excited to move in next to napa. BUT I cannot stand lazy parts counter clerks.
Window clip removal tool, been arpund since the 50s says in stock online, basic 10 dollar tool. clerk refuses to find one. For us. On the shelf in every parts store known to man . Lazy lazy people.
Good job napa. Just lost a shop account!

I been dealing with this location for years and it's getting worse.
some staff will not even try to look up a part for you. If it's not a real common part they will say, OH, we don't have that.
I will have to go to another location if I need a NAPA part

On-line store hours state 9-3 on Sunday. They typed a sign on the door that states closed on Sundays until further notice! Either update on-line or get a staff that will work. Time and money waisted!

The lady was very helpful. I went in with a list didn't have a clue what I was getting. She did.. came back the next day to pick up my part, and she recognized me right away .This past Saturday around 1pm. I wish I could of got her name..

I just returned from the store. I was quoted $226 for a 08 pathfinder control solenoid valve that is all over the internet for less than $20. The only reason I went to them is I'm more than half way thru the job and wanted to finish today. Unreal. I won't be buying from them ever again.
