After calling many other businesses and them telling me they do not work on those type of printers or told me they would come fix it and never showed up, I spoke with this company and within an hour they were in the office and set it all up for us very quickly. He also taught me how to set other peoples computers up to it so that we can do it ourselves. Very, very helpful and super nice.”

“We live in Palm Harbor and shop at Tarpon Furniture, which is about a 45 minute drive, because they carry quality furniture at a fair price.Recently we purchased two Flexsteel love seats and had an issue with one of them. We went to the store and sat down with Bruce and explained our concern. He patiently listened and discussed with us several options to resolve the issue. Bruce went out of his way to make sure we were completely satisfied with the resolution. A special thank you to technician Jason who was sent to our residence to make an exchange. He was professional and patient answering all of our questions. I cannot forget the office staff who always responded and were helpful throughout the entire process. Customer service at its finest.”
