I called Joshua because our business is growing rapidly and we needed a phone system that could handle our businesses needs. He came out quickly provided a estimate and showed me what they can do to help. . Super cool!!! I felt comfortable hiring this company because they know how to fix the solution and very easy to learn. answered all of our questions. They expedited our service and we had it all installed within 3 weeks. we are in the office now and not missing any phone calls. I love the system and very happy with our entire experience. Our company has been customers of PBX-Change for approximately 2 months since moving from a VOIP company we've spent the past 3 years with. Immediately we noticed a difference in the quality and clarity of the voices on the other end of the lines. PBX worked diligently with our IT provider to make sure our unique set up was compliant to our industry's standards as well as meeting the needs for our business model. Their back office has been fantastic to work with when we've needed questions asked or when we needed our older phones from our previous company replaced. They provided in-depth on site training during our transition as well. We highly recommend their services!

I've been a PBX's customer for quite some time and it has served my small business's needs very well, with virtually no problems. Priced right, full-featured and the service is absolutely amazing! I have been using this company's phone systems for the past 2 years. The support I have received is nothing less than spectacular! They are my go-to for anything related to our company's switchboard, and employee phone extensions. They are always prompt to respond to all of my requests, some of urgent nature, some very trivial. Honestly, they treat each request as their top priority. They keep me informed of how to fix, and or better use their various phone features. I could not ask for better customer service. Thank you!

I've only just started using their services, but they raised my expectations from the jump! While setting up our system, they not only completely installed and set up our phone system and showed us how to use it, but they also fixed a networking issue!

First class customer service. No one is better than PBX. We have a good size operation with four locations in two states that PBX manages for us. I call regularly to make sure we are using best practices and they are always responsive and timely with helping us troubleshoot new ideas or offering better solutions. More recently, with the hurricane we experienced network issues to our infrastructure. Many people in our area had been evacuated, still without power and possibly displaced from their homes and businesses. Yet, that didn't stop PBX from coming onsite to get us back online! The entire team was incredible, from the service team to the engineers and the great technician that was onsite. If you need VoIP and you appreciate great service you better call PBX-Change.
