The single most professional and courteous staff one could ask for. The associates address you in the 1st person and are always pleasant. If you have an issue with your current pharmacy please give this one a chance. You won't be disappointed

Love all the girls there! Even Wen, Mr.Steve and Allen. Wouldn't go anywhere else now that WD closed their pharmacy. Great customer service!!

We had the worst experience with the pharmacy staff today. We went today to pick up my daughter medication for epilepsy as common every month. Today they medication wasn't ready and the excuse was I have to call and order with days in advance because is not a medication they keep in stock, that lady that help us say it was our responsibility to be calling every month, which is not true because every month I pick it up without any problem, I guess internally they forgot to order the medication. I went to Walgreens to get the script they had already processed and charge the insurance our medication when I call Publix pharmacy to reverse the transaction they lady again that answer the phone was super nasty person, unprofessional, and hang put the call even when I was trying to explain to her that I always pick the medication without calling ..... anyways I just have to say if you have your child with a prescription that needed every day, like my daughter for epilepsy they don't even have supply for 3 days. I wouldn't not recommend the pharmacy !!

Best Publix around! The folks here go above and beyond. Where else can you get to know your pharmacist (Win) the baker (Dawn) customer service (kaylee) and produce (John), and so many more friendly faces! Every time I go I am greeted by these wonderful people. It is a joy to see these helpful folks!I will give a few examples... Thanksgiving, I was looking for Pumpkin Bread mix, and CS Kaylee called around for Libby's pumpkin mix for me, she followed and and saved me two boxes of mix... then John from produce also a sweetie, cut up an apple and we both tried it since it was a new type that I had never tried before! In the bakery, Dawn is always friendly, sharing her knowledge of baked goods, recommending breads that my husband is happy to devour with his dinner! And let's not forget all the folks in the pharmacy. Every one of them, each doing their diligence to make sure scripts are filled... always saying hello, and remembering my name. It makes a difference!All in all wonderful store! Thank you!

Ordered unbreaded chicken wings day before pickup, went to pickup no wings. Was told they tried to call but they wrote down wrong number. This was unacceptable, ruined my get-together

Went to the land o lakes location.Clean store.Friendly staff. Ordered the "ultimate" boars head sub (whole) from the deli counter $9+ tax. Absolutely delicious 5/5. Customer service 4/5. Pricey for a grocery store sandwich. 3/5 for cost/value.Would definitely go again!

This pharmacy has given me exceptional service throughout the years since it opened in 2012. I had to leave at one time because my insurance had changed and it was horrible after a year the (Unnamed pharmacy W) didn’t even know me or treat me with respect like I’ve been treated at Publix Pharmacy at Hays Road Town Center. I finally changed my insurance and returned they are ALWAYS friendly even during busy times and manage to greet me( BY NAME) and ask how are you ? That can really make a difference in a persons day, especially when Life has given you lemons. Kudos to Winn and Janelle and the staff at Publix Pharmacy at Hays road for your kindness and exceptional customer service !! : )

I don't know who is managing this Publix and why they are always sending the worst management team to this particular store but it is absolutely despicable! Of any Publix I have ever been in, the deli is the worst I have ever seen! Food prepared for lunch is still sitting in the case at 6:00 PM, there was no rotation and the food is never swapped out. It's the most disgusting selection of food that should've been thrown away 6 hours prior! I wonder how many people have walked away with a severe case of food poisoning, it's beyond ridiculous! Let's move to the meat department, don't you dare ask for anything that is not in the case! Every single time I go in to buy filet mignon's, they are never in the case and when I asked the manager, Mr. Personality, he always comes back at me with "there aren't any in the case?"! If they were in the case, would I be asking him?! Then I was told they don't keep them in the case because people steal them, what?! Moving on to the "customer service manager", really??? I swear this lady is made of stone and if I ever saw her smile, her face would crack off and fall on the floor! Don't dare ask for anything, go in and get what you can and if it's not on the shelves, drive down to Winn-Dixie, do yourself a favor, it's not worth the frustration! WORST Publix I've ever frequented in my life, not just one area, the entire store aside from the seafood department where they are the friendliest however, unfortunately, I don't eat seafood...

Deli was terrible last week, that is twice I tried and twice it's terrible Ribs tasted very old bad taste totally. Chicken tenders were not hot at all tasted greasy tossed twice Bob Therrien and family

It was busy today due to the expected storm, and many employees were working diligently to restock shelves. This store is efficient and clean, and the workers are helpful and pleasant.

Publix is no longer asking people to wear a mask. I passed 7 different people not wearing a mask. I only walked down four ailes. Deli sandwich area was a twenty minute wait. Packs for sandwiches not pre made. Bad day at Publix on 52 and Little.
