I have been going to Quest on route 52 in Hudson for years and always had good service but today they failed miserably. When I went to check in including scanning my ID and insurance card the system said I didn’t have an appointment at that location and indicated I made the appointment at another location. So I had to request a new appointment and had to wait another 30 minutes. There were a lot more people there than usual and some of them said they also had the same problem.
However my big concern was when the technician said I had to pay $50 or I couldn’t have my test done. She said it showed that on her system. I have had the same Humana insurance for years and have a $0 copay for lab work and have never had a copay with Quest. So I had to pay the $50 in order not to have to reschedule my fasting bloodwork.
When I got home I called Humana and they said I have $0 copay for all lab work even if my doctor ordered additional testing than previously.
Now I have to wait a minimum of 15 days for Quest to reimburse me. In addition they wasted an hour of my time and Humana’s trying to resolve this issue.

Quest is convenient, clean and easy to schedule on line. Show up and you’re done!

I missed my first appointment due to car trouble. I was forced to make a new appointment, Using my cell phone this was impossible. I had to go back home and use my laptop, The app is extremely hard to use.

Sherry was amazing. My kind of phlebotomist. Did not feel a thing. Also she was amazing at talking to me, since having blood work done terrifies me.

My Husband and I had appointments this morning, our visit was fast , from scheduling appointments online, to arriving and checking in didn’t wait not more than 5 minutes and the staff very professional and super nice. Impressed with how we were in and out, Thank you

I have been going to Quest for many years and have always had a good experience. The one thing that really helps with not having to wait a long time, is to schedule an appointment which is easy to do on-line.

Echo was my phlebotomist and she was the best experience I’ve ever had getting my blood work done. I hate getting my blood drawn, and Echo was nothing but patient and professional and made me laugh during the poke. 10/10

I was very happy as a walk in . It was very busy due to the global outage and alot of appointments. But they managed to get me in just before closing. Miriam drew my order easy and painless so thankful .She was great.
