Do not use this local branch. Teller would not provide currency exchange. I have frequented this branch numerous occasions with no interference and today I was treated disrespectfully and profiled. The teller gave me a once over and then decided to ask for a debit card. I have never provided a debit card for any exchange under 100. I offered my government ID to verify the exchange of federally insured currency. This was no acceptable. Felt like a Twilight Zone episode. Something just doesn't feel right about the atmosphere.

John and Jenna were great. I’d like to thank everyone working at this location today. It was a tad busy when I arrived. We were in a line. It happens. After a bit, I guy came in, waited off to the side, and just scooped up to the window and fairly imposed himself upon the first (unavailable) teller. The teller served him VERY professionally. As we all waited patiently, he finished, turned and I called him a line skipper! I’m so brave. It speaks to the whole crew when something throws a wrench in the gears and they respond with expedient professionalism. Great job, everyone!

Today I was went to the bank to deposit my money two to Three employees working in the as a cashier and I was go by drive thru no one care about that and after 10 minutes one employee told me you just wait for some moment so just some one tell me what's meaning of drive thru so please don't go this location very poor service 😞

I work for another banking institution, called this location to verify a check they had issued to a mutual client. ( Whom ever issued the check had forgot to sign item so customer was unable negotiate. )First banker hung up on me and the second person said they were too busy to help us. No wonder your clients are taking money out of your institution and bringing it else.

I'm a new customer to Regions Bank. I never received my debit card in the mail so I stopped at this branch to inquire about it. I did not have any appointment scheduled I was waited on very quickly and was sent on my way with a new debit card in a matter of minutes. I don't remember the bankers name but he was very fast and very helpful! I was very impressed with the service I received. ??

I came in without an appointment but everything I needed was taken care of in about 15 minutes. The staff greeted and checked on everyone waiting and the busy Ms. Brito provided me the best customer service at Regions bank today. Thank you very much,
