I have always enjoyed Regions Bank in Hudson. They have always been very helpful to me with everything I have needed. I feel very comfortable with the people I have met there. I thank everyone there.

This bank has no idea on how to protect your account from hackers. When someone gets into your account, transfers all your money into another account outside this bank, they do nothing to get it back for you. You may as well just leave your money on the sidewalk, its probably safer. Even after you file the theft with the police, you still have to hire a lawyer to help you get it back. They are rude, ignore your calls, and after 3 months they finally gave it back and then close your account. This happens at this bank often, so if you want to keep your money in a bank, this isn't the one to keep it in. Go to a REAL bank, any other bank besides this one.

Deposited a check in person at the Regions office drive through. Was informed and given paperwork we would have access to 250$ of the 5400$ check we deposited on the next business day. The check was from the #1 bank in the US- JP MORGAN Chase for the sale of our land from the title company. We were fine with the terms given to us in writing. Go to check my account on the app and it showed the check is being held completely from 3/22 to 3/30 and no access to funds until 3/31/2022. I texted on app and was informed they could not tell me the reason for the changes. Called the branch we made deposit in and was informed “it is for the banks protection and your protection”. I asked if the check “clears” for deposit before 3/30/2022 from JP MORGAN CHASE and Regions received the funds will we have access to the funds and would the funds post to our account sooner- the lady said no- even if the check clears and Regions receives the funds sooner they will NOT post it to our account until the date set by Regions. Glad we kept our northern bank as primary instead of switching completely to Regions.

Issues with Regions bank seems to be universal. Looking at feedback for several branches! Problems, problems, PROBLEMS! Attitude of tellers mirrored by attitude of managers! NOT GOOD!

The worst when it comes to fraud protection. The headaches you have to go through because of their neglect to stop suspicious activity is pathetic. My piggy bank does a better job. Stay away from this hacker target.Warning do not bank here !!

I've been working on a situation with their systems not being linked and my account was charged fees. After calling customer service multiple times over the last week someone in their call center scheduled an appointment for me today at 12:30. I show up for my appointment, call the number on the door, and the lady that answers the phone tells me they can't meet with me. Rather than calling me to reschedule they just deny the meeting. She took my name and number for Carl to call me, thats who the meeting was set with. I call back at 3:00 and Carl answers the phone. He was oblivious that i was there for a meeting and was more interested in who i spoke with. I told him i was frustrated and sick of explaining the situation. He placed me on hold to come back with more questions. I answered his question and my frustration about the situation came out, no cursing just FRUSTRATION and rather than Carl apologizing, he said "I did not cause this". Carl said he didn't have to take my call with my tone. I asked for a district managers phone number and was denied the request. He offered to have the branch manager call me. I have little faith I will receive a call back. I've been bounced around 10+ times and I don't have faith this time either. Absolutely horrible customer service from 2 people at this location today.

I felt like it was my personal bank and had never stepped foot inside this establishment before. Brian was very helpful in the entire process of setting up my accounts. Never felt rushed or like I was a number. Came to this specific location, which is further than a couple of other Regions to my residence, because of the reviews on Google Maps.
