Over a week and no residential pickup. This is ridiculous

Second time that my service was skipped so many times that over a week has gone by to simply pick up 1 can. Each time I call their call center tells me the earliest they will attempt to pick up is my next scheduled pick up date. Wouldn't recommend.

Been a client since 2021 now that I want to cancel, I need to pay a fee of $1,800 to not have the service, was told my cancellation fee is always gonna be that amount. It’s criminal
