Wost daycare I've seen they don't even teach them anything like im so disappointed paying 140 a week for years it's so sad no ABCs i have never seen this before if I could give a 0star I would don't waste your money go somewhere where they teach them

Searching around for schools this was an automatic stop. The environment is so welcoming. The teachers are so great. My son started with no problems. Highly recommend.

My youngest son has been going here for years & we absolutely love it. The staff is great, they go above & beyond. Personal door code is required for entry so you have peace of mind & will be greeted by two sweet little canaries by the sign in books. There are frogs & lizards too!
I was very anxious about getting my little one into a daycare when I returned to work a few years ago but am so happy with the decision & would recommend Sugarplum to anyone in the area who may be looking.

All the staff here are so sweet and nice. My son loves going here and love the teachers. They care a lot about the kids. Ms. Lynn is doing a really good job. Love this Daycare

This job has been one of the biggest blessings for me in 2024. I have had a rough year but the director and my coworkers have welcomed me with open arms and have been a true blessing to me and my family. Before working here, I worked for a multi-million dollar company and they treated me like trash but Sugar Plum Academy has treated me with nothing but love and support. I feel so loved and appreciated here. I also love a large handful of the children because they also make me feel like I belong❤️

My child has been going here for almost 2 years and I wouldn’t have it any other way! The staff has been tremendously amazing and involved in the beautiful growth of my child since day one! Highly recommend if you are looking for child care for your children!

Absolutely love the daycare. Such hard working staff and they actually go above and beyond with my son who has behavioral problems. My youngest daughter doesn’t even attend yet and she runs to the teachers. Definitely 5 stars !! 🥳🥳❤️❤️

I’m seriously hoping my run in wasn’t with the manager/owner cause if it was it just makes it worse.
My packages from Lakeshore learning were delivered there by mistake. I live on the same road just a few houses down. I spoke with the delivery service & they updated me on the mistake. The delivery driver & I both called several times the day of and the next morning getting no answer. Finally they answered for the delivery driver 9:30 the next morning. They stated they had the packages. I drove down there to pick them up and encountered an unpleasant situation..as if they were annoyed I was there to get my packages to begin with.
I buzzed myself there at the door and waited for an answer. When she finally opened the door & I told her I was there for my packages, She proceeded to tell me they ordered the same thing and still waiting for their order. Pointed me to the direction my boxes where in & told me they were there.
I started to carry my boxes out & she returned to her desk.
One of her customers had to walk out the building & offer help as you could clearly see they were heavy & it was a struggle.
Very rude, very unprofessional & the attitudes should be adjusted to fit working in a public setting especially with children. Do better!
UPDATE to add a response to her response; That’s absolutely not true. I didn’t say anything to you? Funny, cause I have the entire thing recorded so I could make sure my boxes weren’t damaged and nothing was missing. I have proof I spoke to you, more than once & the other parent asking if I need help several minutes later.
You opened the door and walked back to your desk leaving the door standing wide open. Obviously your parent wouldn’t have asked me if I needed help otherwise… Thank God, I parked in the front as I would have had to carry the packages clear across the parking lot.
Bottom line, my packages shouldn’t have been accepted by you or anyone you employ since it wasn’t addressed to you or the daycare.
The driver confirmed it & that’s how I knew where they were. I’ve personally delivered packages to places they should have been or to the correct location when there was a mistake… Had y’all answered the phone from the time yall actually opened I could have scheduled a pickup time but yall would only answer for the driver after several attempts to reach yall. Furthermore, there wasn’t a child being dropped off at this time nor was there any children in the front where the office is. I know the set up, my kids attended the daycare before Rose sold it unfortunately!

Ok, I've been to sugar plum "first class" ever since I can remember, my mom worked there,Mrs chenell, and me and my friend brexton used to go there, it was so much better with Mrs rose, a lot more fun, I miss the old place but now everything is changed,I'm in highschool now and I went there when I was 4 and 9 when me and my mom left, it's was funner with Mrs rose and all of the old daycare attendants like Mrs loral and Mrs Jessie, now it's just worse (*edit*)A worker told me idk remember who thought, I'm sure it's nice now and no I don't have a kid who goes there, I just miss the old daycare and how it used to be,and I mean no disrespect or anything, I just remember what it used to be, one question, do y'all still have that computer in the room next to the Play ground?, and I'm sure it's safe now
